| Objective:To explore the impact of acceptance commitment therapy on the efficacy, social function and medication compliance of patients with bipolar disorder on the basis of drug therapy.Method:Random sampling was used to randomly divide 60 patients with bipolar disorder into a control group and an intervention group. The control group maintained the original drug treatment, and the intervention group took ACT therapy above the control group for 6 weeks. Before and after the intervention, the two groups were evaluated by the Yang’s Mania Scale(YMRS),the Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)to assess the degree of depression, and the Second Edition of the Acceptance and Behavior Questionnaire(AAQ-Ⅱ)to assess the degree of mental flexibility,Social Function Defect Screening Scale(SDSS)to assess the degree of social defects, and Drug Compliance Scale(MMAS)to assess medication compliance.Result:After the intervention, the intervention group had statistically significant differences between the AAQ-Ⅱ(17.77±1.81,t=70.598,p<0.05)and SDSS(1.80±0.76,t=41.608,p<0.05)scores compared with the control group;the control The AAQ-Ⅱgroup(20.80±1.86,t=-0.453,p>0.05)had no significant difference before and after the test;the intervention group YMRS(4.90±0.89,t=1.935,p<0.05),SDS(15.89±1.75,t=3.695,p<0.05),AAQ-Ⅱ(23.90±1.85,t=65.66,p<0.05),SDSS(14.03±1.85,t=41.025,p<0.05)and MMAS(3.42±1.03,t=8.831,p<0.05)The difference in the difference between before and after intervention is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Acceptance commitment therapy can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bipolar disorder, effectively improve their social function and drug compliance;2.Acceptance commitment therapy can improve the mental flexibility of patients with bipolar disorder. |
