objectiveThis study explored the effect of acceptance commitment therapy(ACT)on patients with panic disorder, compared with the waiting group, and focused on the changes of several major variables, and proposed a more targeted ACT intervention process for patients with panic disorder.methodThirty two subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the test group,of which the test group was divided into two groups: a and b.Under the treatment of Venlafaxine hydrochloride, group a first performed the intervention of acceptance commitment therapy module I(acceptance),and then module II(dissociation); In group b,under the treatment of Venlafaxine hydrochloride, the intervention of module 2 was carried out first, and then the intervention of module 1 was carried out.The control group was treated with Venlafaxine hydrochloride without psychological intervention. The self compiled general Demography data questionnaire,AAQ-Ⅱ,WI-CV,SSS-CN,SAS,SDS,PDSS-CV were used to measure and evaluate the subjects before the intervention, the fifth week of the intervention, the eighth week of the intervention, and two weeks after the intervention.Analyze data using SPSS25.0 and M-Plus software.result(1)The time effect of AAQ-Ⅱ,SSS,WI,SDS,SAS and PDSS in the test group and the control group was significant in the repeated measurement analysis of variance,Except for the non significant inter group effects of SDS,the component effects and inter group effects * time effects of other variables are significant, and the difference in effective efficiency is significant。(2)The time effect of AAQ-Ⅱ,SSS,WI,SDS,SAS and PDSS in the two groups of test a and b was significant in the repeated measurement analysis of variance, while the treatment effect and treatment effect * time effect were not significant.(3)In the test group, the path coefficients of WI1 → SSS4,SSS1 → SSS4,PDSS1 → PDSS4 were statistically significant.conclusion(1)The effect of ACT combined with drug therapy is better than that of drug therapy alone.(2)During ACT intervention in patients with panic disorder, the order of dissociation and acceptance does not affect the final outcome of the intervention.(3)Somatization can predict the development of health anxiety during ACT intervention.
