Objective:To investigate the constitution of students in yichun vocational and technical college in 2017,so as to understand the physical condition and distribution characteristics of all the students.To analyze the relationship between student obesity and physical health(physical quality,function,flexibility and other indicators),and to grasp the prevalence of obesity and overweight,so as to provide reference for improving students' physical fitness;The physical health quality evaluation model of male and female college students based on principal component regression analysis was constructed to provide reference for the evaluation of physical health status of college students.Methods:Cluster sampling was used to collect information on physical fitness indicators of yichun vocational and technical college students in 2017.Physical fitness was measured in accordance with various test indicators and test methods specified in national standards for student physical fitness.Univariate analysis of variance(anova)or rank-sum test were used to compare the differences of physical health indexes between different bmi groups and compare them in pairs.The principal component analysis method was used to analyze the scores of all students' physique tests,to determine the important factors and weights affecting physique health,to establish the expressions of each principal component,and to construct the multiple regression equation of principal component analysis of physique scores.Results:In this survey,a total of 12,249 people were measured.The overweight rate and obesity rate of female students were 9.01% and 1.59% respectively,while the overweight rate and obesity rate of male students were 12.53% and 4.93% respectively.In all age groups,the distribution of standing long jump,vital mass index,1000 m run,pull-up and sit-up in different bmi groups were all different(p<0.05),and the results of the obese group were generally lower than those of the normal weight group.In the age group ?21 years old,the 50-meter running performance of the normal weight group was better than that of the obese group.In the age group <23 years old,there was a difference in the performance of the sitting forward bend between obesity,normal,overweight and low weight(p<0.05),and the performance of the obese group was worse than that of the normal weight group.Boys constitution in principal component analysis,the 6 principal components were extracted respectively represent form,strength,function,speed,endurance,flexibility,and thus build a constitution score and physical index of the linear regression equation: score = 41.92 + 0.19 + 0.2 x to 0.057 x height weight x vital capacity index weight-2.69 x 50 meters + 0.094 + 0.31 x x standing long jump ZuoWeiTi proneness + 0.52 x to 0.089 x 1000-meter run pull-ups;Six main components of female students' physique were extracted as follows: shape,quality,strength,function,flexibility and speed,respectively,and the linear regression equation of physique score and physique index was constructed on the basis of which: score=41.92+0.24× height-0.072× weight +0.24× vital capacity bmi-2.98× standing long jump +0.38× seat forward flexor-0.14× 800 m run +0.14× sit-up.Conclusion:The overweight rate and obesity rate of students in yichun vocational and technical college are higher than the national average,and the obese group is worse than other groups in terms of physical function and physical quality.The constructed principal component model of college students' physique scores shows that the main factors affecting college students' physique are physical quality indicators,which is similar to the current situation of college students' physique.It shows that this model can truly and effectively evaluate the physical health of college students and provide scientific basis for the monitoring and exercise of college students' physique health.
