Objective:The purpose of this study is to understand the status of self-leadership of nursing students in Xinjiang colleges and universities,analyze the influencing factors,and investigate the completion of nursing students in completing tasks,analyze the lack of self-leadership and advantages of nursing students,and understand the self-leadership of nursing students.Self-evaluation.To provide a reference for future nursing educators to improve nursing self-leadership.Methods: 1.Applying the Self-Leadership Questionnaire(RSLQ),a procedural self-leadership development questionnaire,a self-leadership development path questionnaire,and self-made general demographic data using convenient sampling in Xinjiang universities in March-June 2019 A questionnaire survey was conducted by 1068 nursing students.2.The questionnaire number and Epidata3.1 data were entered,and SPSS17.0 was used for data analysis.The main methods are descriptive statistics,independent sample t test,analysis of variance,non-parametric rank sum test,LSD-t,Tamhane's t2,and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis.Results: 1.The total score of Xinjiang university nursing students' self-leadership was(128.82 ± 17.05),and the total average score was(3.68 ± 0.49).The scores of each dimension from highest to lowest are self-reward(3.96 ± 0.78),self-target setting(3.79 ± 0.62),natural return(3.78 ± 0.58),belief hypothesis evaluation(3.76 ± 0.30),and self-observation(3.69 ± 0.59),self-talk(3.67 ± 0.74),successful foresight(3.51 ± 0.61),self-punishment(3.50 ± 0.59),self-prompt(3.39 ± 0.86);2.Self-assessment of self-assessment and self-leadership by college nursing students in Xinjiang,689(64.5%)nursing students believe that they have leadership;334(31.3%)nursing students think that they do not have self-leadership;26(2.4%)nursing students Students think that they have self-leadership in part;19(1.8%)nursing students rated themselves as contradiction groups,thinking that they have leadership,but self-leadership has no effect on themselves;3.The total score of the progressive self-leadership development of Xinjiang college nursing students is(55.90 ± 8.34),and the entries are divided into(3.72 ± 0.56).Implementation plan link(3.71 ± 0.60),self-analysis link(3.68 ± 0.69),planning plan link(3.56 ± 0.74);4.The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the types of self-leadership,performance rankings,academic qualifications,whether they were class leaders,nationalities,whether they were only children,and whether they had participated in leadership courses had statistically significant regression relationships(P <0.05).Conclusions: 1.The self-leadership and overall ability of self-leadership development of college nursing students in Xinjiang are at a general level;2.The vast majority of college nursing students in Xinjiang believe that they have self-leadership and benefit themselves;3.The types of self-leadership,rankings,academic qualifications,whether they are class cadres,whether they are only children,and whether they have participated in leadership courses are the main factors that affect the self-leadership of college nursing students in Xinjiang.
