A Clinical Control Study Of Warming-Promotion Close-to-Bone Needling Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Cold Coagulatiotype Knee Bone Bi-Disease

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of warming-promotion close-to-bone needling in the treatment of knee bone bi-disease of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type,we can provide the clinical research basis for the clinical use of warming-promotion close-to-bone needling in the treatment of this disease.Methods:There were 72 patients with knee bone bi-disease of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type were randomly divided into Test group and control group with 36 cases in each group.Before treatment,the patient's condition was evaluated by Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lequesne index scale.the Test group was treated with warming-promotion close-to-bone needling,and the control group was treated with twirling reinforcement method.After two courses of treatment,visual analogue score(VAS)and Lequesne index scale were used again to evaluate and compare the condition and clinical effect of the two groups,in order to observe the difference of clinical effect of warming-promotion close-to-bone needling and twirling reinforcement method in the treatment of knee bone bi-disease of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lequesne index between the two groups(P > 0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment group,the visual analogue score(VAS)and Lequesne index scale score of the patients in the Test group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the Test group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The results showed that the analgesic effect of warming-promotion close-to-bone needling was better than that of twirling reinforcement method;There was significant difference in Lequesne index between the two groups(P < 0.05),It is indicated that the warming-promotion close-to-bone needling is better than twirling reinforcement method in improving knee joint dysfunction.The total effective rate of the Test group was 97.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.8%)(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:warming-promotion close-to-bone needling and twirling reinforcement method can reduce the pain symptoms and improve the knee joint function of patients with knee arthralgia of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation,and the clinical effect of warming-promotion close-to-bone needlingwarming-promotion close-to-bone needling is better than twirling reinforcement method.
