Objective:To investigate the psychological intervention effect of KeMin-SuoMa-Shang-JiaQi therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with somatoform disorder,and to explore a set of efficient,safe and convenient intervention methods,so as to provide a reference for the treatment and nursing of somatic form disorder,and to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of this therapy in clinical practice.Method:Met inclusion and exclusion criteria,108 cases of hospitalized patients with somatoform disorders,according to random number table method is divided into the study group A(KeMin-SuoMa-Shang-JiaQi group n=36)and control group B(cognitive behavior group n=36)and control group C(supportive treatment group n= 36),three groups on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,respectively adopt KeMin-SuoMa-Shang-JiaQi therapy,cognitive behavior therapy and supportive psychological therapy intervention for 2 weeks,once every three days,40-60 min/time,follow-up one month after discharge.Before intervention,intervention and follow-up with Somatoform Symptoms after Screening Scale(Screening for Somatoform Symptoms-7,SOMS-7),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(Hamilton 'Rating Scale,HAMD)assessment of three groups of patients with somatic Symptoms and Anxiety Depression,by comparing the score of three groups of patients in each Scale,we assessed the effects.Results:At the end of the study,108 patients with valid data were collected,including 36 patients in each of the three groups.(1)intra-group comparison:the total score of SOMS-7,HAMA and HAMD scale and the scores of various factors in the three groups continued to decrease after intervention and during follow-up compared with before intervention.(2)comparison between groups: before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the total score and factor score of SOMS-7,HAMA and HAMD scale among the three groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SOMS-7 total score,SOMS-7 symptom number and HAMD total score of the three groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05),among which the C group had the highest score,followed by the B group,and the A group had the lowest score.The HAMA total score showed statistically significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05),the score of group A was lower than that of the other two groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the other two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Follow-up: the differences in SOMS-7 total score,number of symptoms and HAMD total score between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in group C were higher than those in the other two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences between the other two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).HAMA total score showed statistically significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05),with group C scoring the highest,group B the second,and group A the lowest.Conclusion:(1)The psychological intervention of the patients with somatic form disorder by the therapy of KeMin-SuoMa-Shang-JiaQi can effectively improve the anxiety and depression level of the patients,relieve the somatic symptoms,and have a good promoting effect on the treatment of the disease.(2)In the intervention of anxiety,depression and somatic symptoms in patients with somatic form disorder,KeMin-SuoMa-Shang-JiaQi therapy is more effective than cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive therapy,and has a good long-term effect,which is suitable for clinical application.
