Objective:This dissertation makes a systematic arrangement,induction and summary of Professor Dai Enlai's Thoughts on the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,inherits his academic thoughts,so as to better serve the clinical and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:Through literature study,special lectures,clinical follow-up,and other methods,P-rofessor Dai Enlai's academic thoughts on the integration of Chinese and Western me-dicine were summarized and studied.Results:Professor Dai Enlai adhered to the principle of"Equal emphasis on Chinese and Western medicine"in the exploration of the road of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,in which the idea of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is mainly reflected in"the division of the historical evolution","the convergence of basic theories",and"the clinical practice of integrated".1.Division of the history of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,According to the influence of western medicine on traditional medicine,the instructor divided the history of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine into"individual influence stage,the formation of huitong school of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the development period of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine"Three periods;2.The confluence of basic theories of Chinese and Western medicine,including the confluence of physiological functions,such as:the relationship between"kidney qi"and"hypothalamus-pituitary-endocrine axis",and the relationship between"kidney bone"and1,25?OH?2D3;Confluence in the understanding of pathological reactions,such as:"open and close"and"ball-tube imbalance","kidney seal"and"renal proteinuria";3.Clinical practice of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,including the confluence of disease names,such as:"Lily Disease"and"Sjogren's Syndrome","Fox confusion disease"and"Behcet's Syndrome","Yin Yang toxin"and"Systemic Lupus Erythematosus";The confluence of the pathogenesis of Chinese and Western medicine,such as:"the pathogenesis of chronic kidney virus damage to the kidney collateral","the mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction inhibiting Helicobacter pylori","the sensitizing effect of warm Yang method on hormones","blood stasis"Explanation of the connotation of syndrome","Relationship between"infection of kidney disease"and"damp-heat","Explanation of the pathogenesis of diabetes";the combination of treatment methods,such as:advocating the"combination of disease and syndrome,complementary advantages"model,advocating"Chinese and Western medicine Combined organic use"model.Conclusion:Professor Dai Enlai's objective understanding of the differences between Chinese and Western medicine is systematic in the division of the historical evolution of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,the convergence of Chinese and Western physicians'physiology and pathological response,as well as the cognition of clinical practice of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,it is systematic.
