Objective: According to the traditional research ideas and methods of philology,the related materials of the Chinese and Western philosophical body views,Chinese and Western medical body views,Chinese and Western medical history and the brief history of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine was collected,organized,integrated,contrasted,generalized and performed.On the basis of the methods concept of nationality,worldwide and epochal,combined with healthy human needs,needs to break through the plight of Chinese and Western medicine,medical and physical needs repositioning concept of the characteristics of modern medical model,preliminary outline of Integrative body view mode.And on the basis of the body view,further explore the new paradigm of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide a new way of thinking and perspective for the research and development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: In this study,through the retrieval,collation and analysis of ancient and modern literature on philosophy and medical body view,using the integration method of the well-known American philosopher and psychologist Ken Wilbur.We organized,summarized,analyzed and interpreted from three levels and four quadrants,and formed a body view model that combines Chinese and Western medicine.Results: 1 Both Chinese and Western medicine have a curvilinear body development,which is a process from the whole to a part and then to a higher whole.2 Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine focus on different levels and angles of the same body: Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes spirit and lightness,Western medicine emphasizes lightness and function and soul,and the cells,tissues,organs,systems and so on belong to the "shape" level of traditional Chinese medicine.3 The body concept of integrated Chinese and Western medicine is a full-quadrant,full-level body model,expressed as: consciousness/body/culture/society and nature—form-qi-god.4 The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine based on the full quadrant and full-level body model is an integrated medical system of primary and secondary integration.All things related to life can be included.Conclusion: The full-quadrant,full-level medical body view model can be used as the basic research object of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and provides a new perspective and method for the study of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
