Health problems are related to the development of human society itself.Health problems and human health consciousness are also part of the historical process of human self-consciousness.In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of various public health events,people's attention to health information has reached a new level.It is also one of the important issues in health communication research to effectively stop the abuse of antibiotics.To some extent,the "myth" of antibiotics is a kind of false belief of Chinese people on its efficacy,and also a kind of cognition against the prejudice,unscientific and irrationality of biotin.This gives antibiotics an exaggerated and mysterious image.In the process of deification of antibiotics,in addition to the complex social background,various forms of transmission also play a role in varying degrees.The myth of "Disenchantment" antibiotics is to help dispel the over deified image of antibiotics and make Chinese people treat antibiotics rationally and scientifically.Under many influences,Chinese people gradually abandon the concept of antibiotics as a "magic medicine",start to correct incorrect drug habits,and establish a healthy and scientific awareness of drug use.Based on Rogers' innovation and diffusion theory and social cognition theory,this paper uses data analysis,semi-structured interview,questionnaire and other sociological research methods to explore the changes of Chinese people's cognition of antibiotics.The structure of the paper is based on the clue from the establishment of "myth" of antibiotics to the "Disenchantment" of "myth" of antibiotics.It is discussed and explained according to the establishment of "myth" of antibiotics,the deification process of antibiotics,the opportunity for antibiotics to go down the "altar" and the practice of "Disenchantment".In the process of discussion,the author tries to clarify the following questions based on different media carriers: how does the "myth" of antibiotics come into being? What is the role of various forms of transmission in the establishment of the "myth" of antibiotics? In the practice of "Disenchantment" of "myth" of antibiotics,how are various forms of transmission done? What kind of effect does this "Disenchantment" bring? This paper consists of seven chapters,the introduction part mainly introduces the basis and researchbackground of the topic;the first chapter discusses the origin of the formation of the "myth" of antibiotics from the background of antibiotics entering China;the second chapter analyzes the role of various forms of communication in the construction of the "myth" of antibiotics;the third chapter discusses the reasons why the "myth" of antibiotics came down the altar;the fourth chapter analyzes the internal organization of medical institutions The practice of "Disenchantment" in communication,mass communication and interpersonal communication attempts to clarify the problem of "how to disenchantment";Chapter Five analyzes the effect of "Disenchantment" on the myth of antibiotics with the help of interview results and questionnaire survey results.The last chapter draws a conclusion according to the discussion of the first five chapters.Antibiotics have been spreading in China for nearly one hundred years,and people's cognition of antibiotics has changed a lot.From deification of antibiotics to scientific re cognition of antibiotics,it is not only the improvement of national cognitive ability,but also a leap of health communication in the field of science communication.
