The speed and degree of aging in China is increasing, and the demand for medical and health services of a large number of elderly groups is also growing.Healthy aging is the only way to cope with aging. With the increasingly obvious family empty nest, the number of urban empty nest elderly is increasing, revealing the status quo of empty nest elderly group medical behavior and its influencing factors, grasping the demand of empty nest elderly for medical and health services,is conducive to the cultivation of scientific medical behavior of empty nest elderly, and guiding them to make rational use of medical resources.Scientific medical behavior is of great significance to protect the health of empty nest elderly and reduce the consumption of health resources.Under the guidance of Andersen's medical service utilization behavior model and health belief model, this paper comprehensively uses literature analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to study the medical behavior and its influencing factors of urban empty nest elderly. After combing the relevant literature of medical behavior, based on the research content of this paper, the questionnaire of this study is compiled after sorting out the existing questionnaire;then through the method of stratified sampling, samples are taken from the main urban area of Chongqing, and 300 questionnaires of empty nest elderly are investigated;then SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis tool is used to carry out descriptive statistics and Logis on the collected data Tic regression analysis;finally, after the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of the medical behavior of the empty nest elderly in the city, put forward targeted suggestions.Through descriptive analysis, binary regression analysis and multiple regression analysis,we found that:1.There is a big difference between the urban empty nest elderly's medical behavior groups. The empty nest elderly with good economic condition are more inclined to feel untimely and timely medical treatment in the time of medical treatment, and more inclined to high-level large hospitals in the selection of the first medical institutions.2.The subjective health concept of empty nest elderly in cities needs to be improved.Strengthening early diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation is an effective way to maintain health, but at present, some empty nesters still have the phenomenon of delay in medical treatment;there is a phenomenon of partial trust in large hospitals in the selection of first medical institutions;health care awareness is not high, and some empty nesters still have not participated in physical examination within one year.3.In terms of factors affecting the medical behavior of urban empty nest elderly:(1)the regression model of medical opportunity shows that: in terms of tendency characteristics, age has an impact on the medical opportunity;in terms of ability factors, income and medical escort have an impact on the medical opportunity;in terms of need factors, chronic diseases have marginal significance, which may have an impact on the medical opportunity.Among them, the influence intensity of tendency characteristics on the opportunity of medical treatment;the influence intensity of ability factors.(2)The regression model of choice of first visit medical institutions shows that: tendency characteristics and need factors have no influence on choice of first visit medical institutions;while ability factors, income, medical escort and medical expenses have influence on choice of first visit medical institutions.Based on the research of this paper, the following suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the health education of the empty nest elderly in the city;to create a caring atmosphere, reasonably guide and rationally select the first medical institution;to improve and improve the service quality of medical institutions.
