With the rapid development of modern economy,we have entered the era of globalization,economy and informationization.Society is becoming more and more high to the requirement of all walks of life,the development and progress of science and industry management system,management system of human resources management is an essential part of,if you want to do a good job in human resources management must implement staff performance appraisal management.Nowadays,performance appraisal management system is applied to all walks of life,but the application of performance appraisal management system in China's disease prevention and control system is relatively late.Because of disease prevention and control of universality,complexity and professional,no matter in theory or in practice,rarely there is objective and effective performance appraisal management system,and in the actual work,also exposed service attitude,work efficiency is low,the implementation of public function does not reach the designated position,etc.How to improve the performance of the CDC and promote the scientific and sustainable development of the CDC is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,based on K centers for disease control and prevention(hereinafter referred to as K centers for disease control)as the research object,through to the structure,function of K centers for disease control and prevention,the respect such as human resources present situation analysis,by using information research method,literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,find out the current problems existing in the staff performance appraisal system.Aiming at the existing problem of staff performance appraisal system,through the study and draw on the experience of staff performance appraisal management system of more mature,in combination with the practical situation of K centers for disease control and prevention,optimize the existing staff performance appraisal system,make can really motivate employees,improve the work performance,to adapt to the K CDC staff performance appraisal system of development,and for the system operation to develop effective safeguard measures,the centers for disease control and prevention to improve K job performance,and to promote the sustainable development of CDC.Based on employee performance appraisal system in the use of K centers for disease control and prevention for instance analysis,reflect the set up scientific and effective staff performance appraisal system,and make it applied to the practical work,to promote the development of institutions for disease control and motivate employees work enthusiasm,change service concept,strengthening the consciousness of innovation and competition consciousness,improve the work performance has a very important role,for the CDC,business development and improve the service level employees have a certain practical significance.
