With the development of computer technology and the trend of enterprise information automation,the Personnel Management System has become an indispensable part of all walks of life management,Personnel management system is an important branch of business management.It took us a long time to improving The Yibin First People’S Hospital service quality by informatization construction,but the had not a reasonable personnel management system,so the work efficiency was so reduced,and the construction of hospital information was hindered.So,it’s necessary and feasible to develop a system suitable for personnel management department.In the thesis,we research how to design and realization the Personnel Management System for The Yibin First People’S Hospital.We analyzed the difficulties and pain points in the system,and we discusses and researches how to developed a set of personnel management system with easy operation,powerful function and strong applicability.The first is to choose development technology,The development language of the system uses platform-independent language to facilitate later maintenance is Java,while the system architecture chooses the most popular B/S architecture,SQL Server 2008 is used for database selection.It has strong reliability,manageability and other characteristics,and it can be used for the future maintenance,provide complete database solutions for users.The next step is to develop the overall scheme of the system,the overall plan of the system is formulated from demand analysis,project feasibility analysis,finally,the system should have seven function modules: recruitment management,employee management,attendance management,salary management,contract management,training management and system management,the functions and rules of these modules are designed in detail.The system follows the database design principles,according to the norm standard,and according to the relationship between each business,building 14 entity relationships with structural analysis method,according to the entity relationship,the user login information table,user login track table and so on are obtained.According to the previous design,the main function modules of the system are realized,finally,the system has passed the function test and performance test.The success of the system test also indicates that the design and implementation of the personnel management system of Yibin first hospital has achieved the expected goal.The system is simple in operation,simple in interface,can basically meet the daily work of the current personnel management department,can effectively reduce the human cost and time cost,and bring convenience to the work of the personnel management department.
