With the aggravation of population aging and the extension of human life expectancy,the number of disabled and semi-disabled old people is increasing.Under the influence of traditional ideas and limited by economic conditions,most disabled elderly people live at home and receive family care.Other members of the family are unable to give more support due to work,study,marriage and other reasons,and family caregivers of disabled elderly people often take on long-term care tasks alone.As a result of long-term home care for the elderly,family caregivers often feel physically exhausted,physically inadequate,and their health is affected.Lack of time to communicate with friends and participate in social activities,family caregivers lack leisure time and are often left aloneWith the help of the breathing service project of the family caregivers of the disabled elderly,this paper investigates the living situation of the family caregivers of the disabled elderly,and analyzes their needs in the aspects of physical and mental health,nursing knowledge,stress relief and social support during the care process.According to the caregiver needs survey and goal setting,carry out seven group activities,such as hugging with you,caring for me,emotional control,working together,traveling together,belonging only to you,and having you in the future.Through the intervention of group work,family caregivers are provided with breathing services to help them reduce psychological stress,cope with negative emotions,improve family relationships,learn care skills and build mutual relationships.At the same time,through the development of group activities and the establishment of solidarity breathing groups,learning and communication between this group can be enhanced so that the group members can support each other.Through group activities,family caregivers who participate in group activities get temporary opportunities for relaxation and leisure,at the same time meet people with the same experience,constantly expand the scope of communication,enrich the content of life,and jointly build a social support network.
