Research On Home Care Services For Disabled Elderly In Shenyang

Under the background of the increasingly severe population aging problem,the number of disabled elderly in China has greatly increased,and the care of the disabled elderly has gradually become the difficulty of the social aging problem.In recent years,the number of disabled elderly people in Shenyang has gradually increased,and most of the nursing services for the disabled elderly people are carried out in their families.Home care for the disabled elderly people has gradually become the mainstream.Therefore,the gradual construction of home care services for the disabled elderly people based on families and combined with various forces is the new direction of current problem care for the disabled elderly people.At present,most scholars in our country have focused their attention on how to better carry out home care services for the elderly,but the research on home care services for the disabled elderly,a special group,is still relatively few.According to the domestic and foreign literature,this paper sorts out the core concept and theoretical basis of home care services for the disabled elderly,mainly using social welfare pluralism theory,self-care theory and health service demand theory as theoretical basis.Using literature research and interviews as research methods,this paper investigates the current situation of home care services for the disabled elderly in Shenyang.Based on the actual investigation,it analyzes the problems in the home care services for the disabled elderly in Shenyang at the present stage,such as the weak government support for home care services,the small role of the community as a bridge between the disabled elderly and service providers,the imperfect development of nursing service institutions,the lack of professionalism in home care for the disabled elderly,and further analyzes the causes of the problems.In the end,we can get enlightenment from the home care service work in the cities with better development in China.Combined with the existing problems of home care for the disabled elderly in Shenyang,we put forward reasonable suggestions,mainly including: the government should strengthen the support for home care for the disabled elderly,strengthen the role of community care service at the grassroots level,strengthen the development of support for nursing service institutions,and improve the awareness of home care service in society.
