Objective: after stroke, hemiplegia patients generally have lower extremity motor dysfunction, which is also one of the important factors hindering their ability of daily life.It can be seen that how to effectively and quickly restore the motor function of the lower limbs of hemiplegic patients after stroke in the whole rehabilitation period is particularly important.According to the existing literature, the main causes of lower extremity dyskinesia in hemiplegic patients after stroke are neuromuscular control disorder and abnormal muscle tension. In order to find an effective rehabilitation method for hemiplegic patients after stroke, this paper observed the rehabilitation effect of water Taijiquan training combined with routine rehabilitation training on the lower extremity movement disorders. Methods: 30 patients with hemiplegia after stroke who received rehabilitation treatment in Sichuan rehabilitation hospital between June 2019 and September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: shuitaijiquan group and conventional rehabilitation group,15 in each group. The conventional rehabilitation group only received the intervention of conventional therapy, while the water Taijiquan group received the intervention of water Taijiquan training and conventional therapy. Before the experiment and after the 4th and 8th week of rehabilitation treatment, the rehabilitation of the two groups were evaluated. The evaluation indexes include: Modified Ashworth spasticity scale(MAS),Fugl Meyer scale(FMA LE),modified Barthel Index(MBI).Results:(1)before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable;after 4 weeks of rehabilitation training, the scores of the two groups were significantly higher(P < 0.01),and the improvement of the water Taijiquan group was better than that of the conventional rehabilitation training group;8 After the weekly rehabilitation training, the scores of Fugl Meyer scale of lower limbs in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the improvement range of water Taijiquan group was better than that of conventional rehabilitation training group.(2)Before the treatment, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the modified Barthel index score between the water Taijiquan group and the conventional rehabilitation group, which was comparable;after 4 weeks of rehabilitation training, the modified Barthel index score of the water Taijiquan group was improved(P < 0.05),but the modified Barthel index score of the conventional rehabilitation group was not significantly changed(P > 0.05);After 8 weeks of rehabilitation training, the modified Barthel index score of the patients in the water Taijiquangroup was significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the modified Barthel index score of the patients in the conventional rehabilitation group was improved(P < 0.05).The improvement of the modified Barthel index score in the water Taijiquan group was better than that in the conventional rehabilitation group. Conclusion: after 8 weeks of rehabilitation training, the scores of hemiplegia patients in the water Taijiquan group and the conventional rehabilitation treatment group have improved, but the improvement of the water Taijiquan group is more obvious, which shows that the lower extremity movement disorder and the quality of life of hemiplegia patients after stroke can be improved more effectively when the water Taijiquan training is added to the conventional rehabilitation treatment.
