Purpose:Retrospective analysis of the correlation between ulcerative colitis?UC?and serum total bilirubin?STB?,uric acid?SUA?,cholinesterase?CHE?and Ca2+Methods:Collect the case data of our hospital's gastroenterology department from January2010 to May 2019.A total of 361 patients with complete active ulcerative colitis,and111 adults who underwent normal physical examination at the medical examination center of our hospital as Control group.According to the clinical data and biochemical indicators of patients with UC,both groups excluded a history of diseases known to affect the levels of bilirubin, uric acid, cholinesterase, and calcium ions, and excluded those aged <18 years. The case group was divided into three subgroups according to severity,82 cases were mild,228 cases were moderate, and 51 cases were severe.111 cases in the control group. The levels of serum bilirubin?Bilirubin?,uric acid?SUA?,cholinesterase?CHE?and Ca2 + were compared between the four groups.Perform have a protective effect on UC It is greater than indirect bilirubin and should be supplemented when the body is low in calcium.2.The value of direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in predicting UC is relatively small, and the cutoff values are 3.68 ? mol / L and 6.86 ? mol / L,respectively.3.Calcium ion and cholinesterase can be used as a reference index to evaluate the severity of UC.Both predict the diagnostic value of UC is equal and higher than indirect bilirubin. The cutoff values were 2.27 mmol / L and 8242 U / L,respectively.4.Women's own structural characteristics are not prone
