ObjectiveThis article through observationing the serum level in patients with coronaryheart disease,Such as,uric acid(UA),serum total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect-bilirubin(IBIL),total-cholesterol(TC),low-density-lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C).To explore the correlation among serum level ofuric acid,bilirubin and coronary artery stenosis.Observationing their relevance amonglevel of uric acid,bilirubin and blood fat. Through testing the biochemical index toexplore the clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsDetecting serum uric acid, bilirubin levels of155patients admitted andperformed coronary angiography (CAG),the coronary angiography using Judkin way.Using The Gensini scoring system to measure coronary angiography results.Thisstudy according to the results of coronary angiography, patients will be selected intotwo groups,the control group of70patients and CHD group85patients.the CHDgroup including three groups.,one vessel coronary disease group of35patients, twovessel coronary disease group(27patients) and three vessel coronary disease group(23patients).The sex and age is no significant differences in Coronary heart disease groupand control group. This article mainly analyzes the change serum level of uric acid,bilirubin between groups,and analyzes the relationship between above biochemicalindicators and coronary artery stenosis.All the data using SPSS version16.0software statistical analysis.Measurementdata compares the two sample t-test,using the single factor analysis of variance tocompare multiple sample.using the multiple linear regression to analysis relationbetween Coronary heart disease Gensini score and parameters.Inspection standardα=0.05. Results1、Compared the TBIL,UA,TC、TG、TBIL、IBIL、LDL-C and HDL-C of CHDgroup serum level with control group,There is a significant difference (p <0.01).2、Mutual do comparative analysis between Ⅰand Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups,the level ofTBIL、UA、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C have Significant differences (p<0.05).3、To Gensini score as dependent variable, with serum TBIL,DBIL,UA,IBIL,TCand TG,HDL-C,LDL-C for the independent variable,multi-element linear regressionanalysis showing that the serum TBIL,UA,DBIL,TG and the scoring of coronaryartery stenosis degree have significant correlation.Conclusion1、Uric acid level in each subgroup of coronary heart disease (CHD) are higherthan those of the control group UA,double branch and three disease group is higherthan single lesions group.2、The IBIL and TBIL level in CHD patients are reducedsignificantly.3、In CHD group,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C is rise,the HDL-C levels isdrop.
