Objective:To explore the bone metabolism level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and osteoporosis(OP),and to analyze the risk factors of osteoporosis in type 2diabetes mellitus,so as to identify the risk factors of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus,so as to provide certain reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Choose between September 2017 and April 2019 jilin university second hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our")127 cases of T2 DM patients hospitalized with endocrinology, the Discovery of America-Hologic dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(tester, determination of all patients with femoral neck,lumbar(L1-4),hip bone mineral density(BMD),according to the results of determination of 58 cases were divided into group of osteoporosis(OP)and non osteoporosis group(NOP)69 cases,General clinical data of patients in the two groups were collected, such as age, gender, smoking history, family history of alcohol consumption, disease course, body mass index(BMI),etc.Determination of two groups of patients with uric acid(UA),three iodine armour gland original glycine(T3),three free iodine armour gland original glycine(FT3),thyroxine(T4)and free thyroxine(FT4)and thyroglobulin(Tg),thyroglobulin antibody(Tg-Ab),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),pituitary prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P),testosterone(T),by the thyroid gland hormone(PTH),osteocalcin(OST),beta collagen degradation products(beta CTx),type I tropocollagen n-terminal peptide(before PINP),vitamin D(VD),blood calcium(SCa),blood phosphorus(SP),triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting C peptide(F-CP),postprandial 1 hc peptides(1 h-CP),postprandial 2 hc peptide(2 h-CP)indicators such as clinical related information, the analysis of the differences between groups and regression analysis.Results:1.There were differences in age and BMI between the NOP group and the OP group(P<0.05).2.There were differences in T3,FT3 and ldl-c levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and no differences in other indicators(P>0.05).3.The E2 level of the NOP group was higher than that of the OP group, showing difference in comparison(P<0.05),and no difference in comparison of other indicators(P>0.05).FSH level in the NOP group was significantly lower than that in the OP group, showing differences in comparison(P<0.05).The T level of NOP group was significantly higher than that of OP group, showing a difference in comparison(P<0.05).There was no difference in other indicators(P>0.05).4.The levels of OST,stud-ctx and PINP of male patients in the NOP group were all lower than those in the OP group, showing differences in comparison(P<0.05).The levels of OST,janus-ctx and PINP of female patients in the NOP group were all lower than those in the OP group, showing differences in comparison(P<0.05).The levels of OST,janitor-ctx and PINP of female patients in the NOP group were all higher than those of male patients, showing differences in comparison(P<0.05).5.OST is positively correlated with T3 and E2;Ee-ctx was positively correlated with age and negatively correlated with UA.PINP was positively correlated with smoking history,T3,E2 and P,and negatively correlated with age.6.BMI,LH and E2 are protective factors for the development of diabetic osteoporosis, which can inhibit the occurrence of osteoporosis in diabetic patients.Age,FSH and OST were independent risk factors for the onset of diabetic osteoporosis.Conclusion:1.Diabetic osteoporosis BMD was associated with gender,age,BMI,T3,FT3,LH,FSH,E2,OST,eg-ctx,PINP and ldl-c levels.2.Sex hormones are different in patients with diabetes and diabetic osteoporosis;3.The levels of OST,n-ctx and PINP were different in patients of different genders, and OST was positively correlated with T3 and E2.Ee-ctx was positively correlated withage and negatively correlated with UA.PINP was positively correlated with smoking history,T3,E2 and P,and negatively correlated with age.4.BMI,LH and E2 were independent protective factors for the onset of diabetic osteoporosis, while age,FSH and OST were independent risk factors for the onset of diabetic osteoporosis.
