Objective:To investigate the prevalence and physical development of overweight/obesity among high school students in Jilin Province, and to explore the influencing factors of obesity caused by family situation, diet, behavior and so on,to provide theoretical and data basis for the future work of prevention and control of overweight/obesity and nutrition guidance in high school students in Jilin Province. Methods:This survey adopts multistage stratified random sampling method, the survey object is the high school students of the age group 14-18 in Jilin Province, using the self-designed questionnaire to collect the data of the students and their parents' families, and at the same time, through the analysis of the students' body composition to collect the data of body indicators.A total of 780 questionnaires were distributed and 733 were collected. After being trained and qualified, the investigators conducted one-to-many inquiries into the subjects. The contents of the questionnaire include demographic information, family situation, diet, nutritional attitude, daily behavior and so on.Physical examination includes height, weight, body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio and other indicators.Using EpiData and Excel tables for data entry and collation, using IBM SPSS 24.0 for data statistics and analysis. The statistical results were described in general, and the chi-square test was used to analyze the correlation between the variables and the overweight/obesity of the subjects.Furthermore, the variables with statistical significance of univariate analysis were included in the binary Logistic regression model for multivariate analysis to explore the influencing factors of overweight/obesity.The test level was ?=0.05,P?0.05 considered that the difference was statistically significant.Result:1.Growth and Development of Survey Subjects : the height of boys is on the rise at the age of 14~17 years, decreasing after 18 years of age,the height of girls is on the rise at 14~16 years of age and decreasing after 17 years of age;the average height of male and female students in the survey was higher than the national average of the same age group, and the difference was statistically significant in the 15,16,17 and?18 age groups(P<0.01).The weight of boys decreased slightly at 14~15 years of age, followed by an upward trend after 15 years of age, reached a peak at 18 years of age,and the weight of girls increased at 14~17 years of age and decreased slightly after 17 years of age;the average weight of boys and girls in the survey was higher than the national average of the same age group, and there was a statistically significant difference between boys in the 17 and ?18 age groups(P<0.01);There were statistically significant differences among girls in the 15,16,17,?18 age group(p<0.01).The average level BMI boys regardless of age group was higher than that of girls, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).2.Overweight/obesity rate:in the 733 high school students,109 were overweight(59 boys and 50 girls)and 74 were obese(42 boys and 32 girls);the overall overweight rate was 14.87%,the overall obesity rate was 10.10%,and the overall overweight obesity rate was 24.97%.The detection rate of overweight + obesity in boys was 31.46%,the detection rate of overweight + obesity in girls was 19.90%,and the detection rate of overweight + obesity in boys and girls was statistically significant in the age group of 17,?18 years(P <0.05).Overall The difference in the detection rate of overweight + obesity between boys and girls was statistically significant(P<0.01).The overweight + obesity detection rate of boys was higher than that of girls in the overall and different age groups.3.Single factor analysis results: different sex, different father occupation, whether is only child, father BMI?different daily energy intake, different daily protein intake, different daily fat intake, different daily carbohydrate intake, eating breakfast, whether have partial eating habit, sleep time, video time and other factors in the survey subjects were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Multifactor Logistic analysis results :Compared with boys, gender is the protective factor for females to be overweight/obesity in high school students, with an OR value of 0.649(95%CI:0.434,0.973);compared to eating breakfast every day, sometimes eating breakfast is a protection for overweight/obesity in high school students Factor, the OR value is 0.462(95%CI:0.228,0.935);compared with boys, gender is the protective factor for overweight/obesity of high school students,or value is 0.649(95%CI:0.434,0.973);compared with eating breakfast every day, sometimes eating breakfast is the protective factor for overweight/obesity of high school students,or value is 0.462(95%CI:0.228,0.935);Compared with father who is not overweight/obesity,father who is overweight/obesity is a risk factor for the occurrence of overweight/obesity in high school students, with an OR value of1.859(95%CI:1.234,2.802);Relative to daily fat intake Q1(<70.60g/d)level,daily fat intake Q4 level Daily fat intake Q4(>115.87g/d)level is a risk factor for high school students overweight/obesity,OR The value is 2.063(95%CI:1.126,3.780);Relative to sleep time?8h/d,sleep time <8h/d is a risk factor for overweight/obesity in high school students, with an OR value of 1.656(95% CI:1.094,2.508).Conclusion:1.Physical development(height, weight,BMI)was higher than the national average of the same age for boys and girls, and the physical development indicators were higher for boys than for girls.2.The overall overweight detection rate was 14.87%,the overall obesity detection rate was 10.10%,and the overall obesity detection rate + overweight detection rate was 24.97%.Among them, the overweight detection rate + obesity detection rate of boys was significantly higher than that of girls.3.Gender,father occupation, whether father BMI,only child, daily energy intake, daily protein intake, daily fat intake, daily carbohydrate intake, breakfast eating status, whether there are partial eating habits, sleep time, video time and overweight andobesity in the subjects were related.4.Women are the influencing factors of overweight and obesity, and they have lower risk compared with men;overweight and obesity in fathers, daily fat intake, daily sleep time <8 h were the risk factors for overweight and obesity.
