| With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the development of modern medical science in China is also more significant.At present,various advanced medical equipment and leading medical technology are the important guarantee for modern hospitals to improve the overall level of medical treatment,teaching and scientific research.More and more devices are applied to medical treatment,among which nuclear magnetic equipment is an important one.Since the equipment was put into use,it has an important role and potential superiority in the diagnosis of various diseases.As an important medical equipment,nuclear magnetic equipment plays a very important role in the overall investment and income of major hospitals.In this paper,project schedule management and key chain related theoretical knowledge are used to study the schedule management of nuclear magnetic equipment delivery project in s new department.The specific research conclusions are as follows:Taking the delivery project of nuclear magnetic equipment in the new Department of s hospital as an example,this paper introduces the progress management of the delivery project of nuclear magnetic equipment in the new Department of s Hospital,summarizes the typical problems encountered in the process of project progress management of the delivery project of nuclear magnetic equipment in the new Department of s Hospital,and then combines the theoretical knowledge of project progress management to cause the nuclear of the new Department of s hospital The reasons for the delay in the project schedule of the magnetic equipment delivery project are explored.Secondly,the key chain technology is used to optimize the project schedule management,and WBS decomposition is carried out for the project.Then,according to the WBS decomposition structure,the project schedule is prepared,Gantt chart and network chart are drawn,and the total critical path construction period of the new Department of s hospital is 88 days And then balance the limited resources designed in this paper.Through the balance of the equipment resources,we get the key chain of the nuclear magnetic equipment delivery project of the new Department of s hospital.The total construction period is 94 days.Finally,we set the buffer for the nuclear magnetic equipment delivery project of the new Department of s Hospital,set the buffer and optimize the construction period.Through the optimization,we get the total construction period of the project reduced to 76 days,and the buffer The management results of the district show that the project works well and no additional measures are needed.Finally,in order to verify the results of the project progress,crystal ball software is used for simulation.From the software simulation results,it can be seen that the shortest construction period is basically about 86 days,which is close to the results of our previous theoretical derivation.Through the research on the project schedule management of the nuclear magnetic equipment delivery project in the new Department of s Hospital,it is convenient to use the critical chain method to carry out effective project schedule management in practice.In addition,it may also provide the corresponding reference measures for the schedule management of the nuclear magnetic equipment delivery project in the same type of hospitals,so as to promote the further improvement of domestic medical equipment management. |
