| Hospital information system involves various disciplines such as hospital management,computer science,hospital professional knowledge and so on.It involves a wide range of professional fields and complex,so the implementation of hospital information system is very difficult.Whether a reasonable and efficient project management plan can be worked out,and the plan is adjusted and optimized in a timely manner during the implementation of the project,can not only affect the time and schedule elements of the project,but also optimize the quality and risk of the project.Achieve the purpose of shortening project duration,saving project cost and reducing project risk.In this paper,A hospital business intelligence project as an example,through the traditional PERT/CPM method,using three points to specify the A hospital business intelligence project schedule.On the basis of the experience of implementing projects in hospitals and related literature research,this paper points out the limitations of traditional methods,and puts forward the improvement of the original project schedule by using the key chain technology.In the improvement process of using the key chain,the project schedule based on optimistic time is first formulated on the basis of the original PERT technology,and then the constraints of project resources are solved based on parallel heuristic algorithm.Finally,based on the three-point estimation of PERT,the import buffer and project buffer of the project plan are calculated by using the elastic coefficient,and the project plan based on the key chain technology is formed.For the implementation of the project,in order to fully take into account the uncertainty of the process,based on the PERT three-point estimation,a link between "work completion" and "buffer consumption" is established.Two buffering monitoring parameters are set to monitor the buffer for the entire project.By introducing the key chain technology to the A hospital business intelligence project to improve the traditional project schedule,it is proved that the key chain technology can constrain the completion time and resources of the project.Project task decomposition and work enthusiasm and other aspects have had a positive impact.This can provide a general reference for more and more complex hospital information construction projects. |
