Objective This paper discusses the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of ZangYinChen on the model of hepatocyte jaundice in rats, which provides experimental basis for further study and theoretical basis for the treatment of hepatocyte jaundice by ZangYinChen. Methods In this study,30 male SD mice were randomly divided into three groups: experimental group(n=10),control group(n=10),blank group(n=10).The experimental group and the control group were treated with ?-naphthalene isothiocyanate(ANIT)peanut oil solution, and the blank group was treated with the same amount of peanut oil.During the experiment, the experimental group was treated by gavage with the extract of Artemisia capillaris, the control group was treated by gavage with normal saline, and the blank group was free to eat and drink. At the end of the experiment, blood samples and liver samples were taken from three groups of rats, and the indexes of liver function(ALT,AST),the indexes of bilirubin(TBIL,DBIL)and inflammation(CRP,IL-18)were compared. At the same time, pathological sections of liver were made to evaluate the degree of inflammatory infiltration. Results After the modeling and treatment of the experimental mice, samples were collected to complete the comparison of the three groups of mice's related detection indicators,we can found that: 1.The data of liver function(U/L)in the experimental group(ALT98.57±27.71?AST146.41±43.37)was significantly lower than that in the control group(ALT133.46±27.95?AST289.23±73.16),the liver function indexes of the blank group(ALT31.02±9.79?AST97.84±33.25)were in the normal range. The data of the three groups were analyzed by statistical means, and the results showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),at the same time, there were significant differences between each two groups of liver function data.2.By comparing and analyzing the specific data of bilirubin indexes(?mol/L)of rats in each group,we can see that the bilirubin of mice in the experimental group(TBiL102.21±26.00?DBiL63.43±23.28)is significantly better than that of mice in the control group(TBiL235.20±57.95?DBiL210.09±66.11),which shows that ZangYinChen has a certain effect on the treatment of liver cell jaundice, while the bilirubin index of rats in the blank group(TBiL17.68±5.78?DBiL1.92±0.55)in normal range. The results showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and,there were significant differences between each two groups.3.According to the analysis of the inflammatory indexes CRP(mg/L)of the three groups of rats, the CRP value of the experimental group 38.16±13.68 was significantly lower than that of the control group 69.76±21.04,which indicated that ZangYinChen had an inhibitory effect on the inflammatory reaction in the pathophysiological process of hepatocyte jaundice, while the CRP index of the blank group 6.76±2.42 was within the normal range. The results showed that the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and,there were significant differences between each two groups.4.According to the measured inflammatory index IL-18(pg/ml),it is not difficult to see that the IL-18 of the experimental group 177.53±62.53 is significantly better than that of the control group 344.31±88.42.Combined with the relevant research,it is suggested that the treatment effect may be achieved by inhibiting the inflammatory reaction in the pathophysiological process of hepatocyte jaundice, while the IL-18 of the blank group 77.93±30.63 was within the normal range.ConclusionZangYinChen has a clear therapeutic effect of protecting liver and eliminating jaundice in rats with hepatocytic jaundice, and has an inhibitory effect on its inflammatory response. Its mechanism may be to achieve the therapeutic effect of eliminating jaundice by inhibiting the inflammatory response in the course of jaundice.
