Zangyinchen for Gentianaceae annual herb,has Qingrejiedu,qingganlidan effect.Zangyinchen source complex,according to statistics mainly Gentianaceae Swertia,Halenia,Gentianopsis,the number of species of genus species the number of throat hair and Saxifraga Saxifragaceae,due to the market to buy zangyinchen are non complete plant treatment method,from the view of morphology is difficult to accurately distinguish the source of it;zangyinchen liver pharmacological research reports have not been elucidated the main component to play the role of zangyinchen;imperfect quality standards to be improved.Therefore,this paper based on source correlation and spectral efficiency the main line,established zangyinchen Petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water four polar parts of the fingerprint,similarity analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis and evaluation of different polar parts of fingerprint,and provide reference for distinguishing different base source zangyinchen ownership;respectively using transgenic zebrafish and Kunming mice of zangyinchen different polarity parts screening of liver protection of pharmacological activity,clear the main effective components,and provide reference for the study of anti hepatoma zangyinchen;using HPLC on the content of zangyinchen iridoid glycosides monomer were determined respectively,the content of zangyinchen iridoid glycosides in general UV were determined to lay the foundation for perfecting the quality standard of zangyinchen The foundation.1.Study on the correlation of different polarity parts of the fingerprint and the base source zangyinchenUse HPLC to set up the 10 batch of zangyinchen mutual mode fingerprint,four parts were established 9,15,14 and 14 common peaks by similarity analysis,clustering analysis and principal component analysis discriminant analysis of fingerprint analysis showed that the source of positive clustering results with zangyinchen water part related to three kinds of discrimination model.2.Study on the inhibitory effect of zangyinchen different polarity parts of transgenic zebrafish angiogenesis and the protective effects of zangyinchen different polarity parts on CCl4 induced liver injury in miceThe TG strain flila-EGFP transgenic zebrafish animal.Analysis of samples of different polar parts of the body were angiogenesis,the results show that the sample extract water part and n-butanol zangyinchen had inhibitory effects on zebrafish angiogenesis.Acute liver injury model in mice by CCl4.Serum AST and ALT activity,using independent samples t test analysis,preliminary results indicate zangyinchen water can inhibit liver injury in mice of n-butanol and ethyl acetate samples by CCl4,the water level of site dose group and n-butanol in high dose group P<0.001 that was significantly different,hepatoprotective effect is good.3.Determination of zangyinchen iridoid glycoside monomer by HPLCUsing HPLC to carry out the 10 batch of swertiamain zangyinchen,determination of swertiamarin,gentiopicroside and mangiferin 4 effective components.The results showed that the samples exhibited the same source:the maximum content of mangiferin;the same component of different sources of content of large difference.4.UV determination of ZYC Total Iridoid GlycosideThe UV of the 10 batch of zangyinchen was carried out.The results showed that the batch determination of zangyinchen whole plant samples of total iridoid glycoside content is highest for Tibet to buy S3,the content of 6.67%batches;is the lowest in Xindu buy S2,its content is 3.06%.
