Objective:This study investigated the expression levels of p63,p40,Syn,and Cg A in cancer tissues of patients with lung squamous carcinoma(LSC)and small cell lung cancer(SCLC),with a view to providing effective diagnosis of LSC and SCLC.Guidance.Methods:A total of 133 patients with LSC and SCLC who were treated in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery of the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January 2015 to October 2019 were collected.Among them,97 were LSC and 36 were SCLC.All patients were diagnosed as LSC and SCLC by pathology.Specimens(specimen from fibrobronchoscope,thoracentesis,or surgical resection for a clear pathological diagnosis).The expression levels of p63,p40,Syn,and Cg A in LSC and SCLC tissues were detected by immunohistochemical methods.LSC and SCLC patients were divided into p63,p40,Syn,and Cg A expression positive and negative groups,of which p63 positive group was 91.Cases,42 cases in the negative group,88 cases in the p40 positive group,45 cases in the negative group,32 cases in the Syn positive group,101 cases in the negative group,30 cases in the Cg A positive group,and 103 cases in the negative group.Observe p63,p40,Syn,and Cg A in LSC and SCLC expression levels.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 software.The t-test was used for comparison of measurement data,and the chi-square test was used for comparison of count data.Indicators with significant statistical significance in the univariate analysis were retained for multivariate logistic regression analysis,and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant for the difference.Among the p63,p40,Syn and Cg A immunohistochemical indicators,those with good predictions for LSC and SCLC were screened.Results:(1)Among the 97 LSC and 36 SCLC tissues included,the positive expression rates of p63 in LSC and SCLC were 84.54%(82/97)and 25%(9/36),and p40 was in LSC and SCLC.The positive expression rates were 90.72%(88/97)and 0(0/36).The positive expression rates of Syn in LSC and SCLC were 2.06%(2/97)and 83.33%(30/36).Cg A The positive expression rates in LSC and SCLC were 7.22%(7/97)and 63.89%(23/36)respectively.After statistical analysis,p63,p40,Syn,and Cg A had statistically significant differences in the expression of LSC and SCLC.Significance(P <0.05).(2)In LSC and SCLC tissues,p63 positive expression and negative expression are related to histological type,tumor diameter,gender and age,and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).P40 positive expression and negative expression are related to tissue The type and gender were related,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the positive and negative expression of Syn was related to the histological type,gender,and age,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The positive expression of Cg A And negative expression,related to histological type and gender,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(3)Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of p63,p40,Syn and Cg A expression were all histological types(P <0.05),and the expression of p63 and p40 is higher in LSC tissues,while the expression of Syn and Cg A is higher in SCLC tissues.Conclusions:(1)p63 and p40 are good predictors of differential diagnosis of LSC,and the positive expression rate of p40 is higher than that of p63.(2)Syn and Cg A are good predictors of differential diagnosis of SCLC,and the positive expression rate of Syn is higher than that of Cg A.
