Objective: To investigate the status of compliance of adjuvant endocrine therapy for breast cancer in our hospital.To explore the influencing factors of breast cancer adjuvant endocrine treatment compliance and the health management of patients;To provide help for the follow-up treatment of breast cancer patients,and to provide data support for the study of endocrine treatment compliance of breast cancer patients.Methods:This study continuously collected the basic information of patients receiving adjuvant endocrine therapy after breast cancer surgery in affiliated hospital of XX university from January 2017 to December 2017,and selected 244 patients meeting the requirements according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Also:(1)read the cases to understand the patient's name,age,endocrine drug selection,type of health care,place of residence,occupation,economic capacity,the cognition to the disease degree,radiation and chemotherapy,do you have any other disease,endocrine medicine adverse reaction conditions,medication time,whether the law review,postoperative pathological data(lymph node metastasis,tumor size,organization type,tumor stage,immunohistochemical),(2)the Morisky medication adherence scale should be used in all cases by telephone follow-up,and the follow-up results are divided into compliance(8),good adherence to secondary(6-8),poor compliance(< 6 points).Use Excel to collect and record relevant information.Results:From January 2017 to December 2017,a total of 282 estrogen receptor positive patients who met the guidelines of adjuvant endocrine therapy were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Qing Hai university.Finally,38 patients were lost to follow-up and 244 patients were successfully followed up with a success rate of 86.5%,including 130 patients in oral TAM group and 114 patients in oral AI group.According to the statistical analysis of relevant factors,significant factors influencing patients' compliance with adjuvant endocrine therapy were found to be age(P=0.049),economic ability(P=0.001),nationality(P<0.001),adverse reactions after medication(P<0.001)and medication duration(P<0.001).Conclusion: Patients with breast cancer in our hospital have poor compliance with adjuvant endocrine therapy.The younger the age of the patient,the worse the compliance.The worse the economic ability,the worse the medication compliance.Adverse reactions to medication can reduce the patient's medication compliance.Compared with han nationality,hui nationality and tu nationality,the medication compliance of Tibetan and Mongolian nationality is poor.Compliance decreased year by year with medication duration.
