Objective 1.To compare the differences in cognitive function and impairment characteristics between first-episode depressive disorder patients and normal subjects.2.The effects of different factors on patients with first-episode depressive disorder were compared, and the risk factors of their cognitive function were identified to provide a theoretical basis for guiding clinical intervention. Methods According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 94 patients with fi rst-episode depressive disorder and 30 normal subjects were included. There are many research tools such as such as "general information questionnaire","Ha milton depression rating scale(HAMD),the childhood abuse questionnaire(CT Q),social support rating scale(SSRS),simplified coping style questionnaire(S CSQ),the state of complete sets of neuropsychological test repeatability(RBA NS),Neuroelectrophysiology-event related potential(P300),We used these tool s to investigate first episode depressive disorder and normal subjects. In this st udy, age, gender, marital status, education level, childhood abuse with or witho ut partners, and coping styles were taken as independent variables, all dimensio ns of RBANS(including immediate memory, visual span, verbal function, atten tion, and delayed memory),RBANS total score and P300 index(including N1 latency,N1 amplitude,P2 latency,P2 amplitude,N2 latency,N2 amplitude,P3 a latency,P3 a amplitude,P3 b latency, and P3 b amplitude)were taken as depen dent variables,We did a statistical analysis. In order to understand the cognitiv e impairment characteristics of patients with first-episode depression, the effects of different factors on cognitive function were compared.SPSS 25.0 software was used for data statistics, mainly including descriptive statistics,t-test,analys is of variance, and multiple linear regression. For the processing of event-relate d potential P300 data,MATLAB software was used. The eeglab software packa ge was run in MATLAB to process the original data, and then the letswave so ftware package was run to export the amplitude and latency of each electrode, including n1,p2,n2,p3 a and p3 b.Results 1.Compared with the normal control group, the scores of patients with firstepisode depression in the repetitive neuropsychological state test were significantly different in immediate memory, visual span, speech function, attention, delayed memory, and RBANS.In the test of neuroelectrophysiology(ERP),the incubation period of N1,P2 and P3 a was prolonged and the amplitude of P3 b was reduced in patients with first-episode depression(P < 0.05 or P < 0.001).2.RBANS evaluation, different gender and marital status of patients with depressive disorder were no statistics difference,(P > 0.05),different age groups of patients with depressive disorder in immediate memory, visual range, speech function, attention and delayed memory,RBANS scores were statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.001),different education level of span of the vision and speech function in patients with depressive disorder, delayed memory, total score on RBANS there were statistical differences(P < 0.05),There were statistically significant differences in the total score of immediate memory, attention, delayed memory and RBANS in patients with depression disorder with different coping styles(P <0.05).Nerve electrophysiology-ERP tests, depressive disorder patients of different ages in the incubation period of incubation period of the N1 and P3 b statistical differences(P < 0.05),different gender of first-episode depression disorders in N2 amplitude difference statistically(P < 0.05),different marital status of depressive disorder in N1 latency and the amplitude of P3 b statistical differences(P < 0.05),different education level of patients with depressive disorder in N1,incubation period, the incubation period of P3 b statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the incubation period of P2,the amplitude of P3 a,the amplitude of P3 b,and the amplitude of P3 b in patients with depression disorder with different coping styles(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in cognitive function between patients with first episode depression with and without childhood abuse(P < 0.05),mainly manifested in immediate memory, speech function, attention, delayed memory,RBANS total score,P3 a amplitude,P3 b latency, and P3 b amplitude. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that all the factors of childhood abuse were correlated with RBANS.Conclusion 1.Patients with first-episode depression have multiple cognitive impairment, mainly manifested in short-term memory,long-term memory, attention allocation,expectation,decision-making,problem solving and other aspects.2.The neuroelectrophysiological(ERP)results showed that patients with firstepisode depressive disorder had prolonged incubation period of N1,P2,P3 a and P3 b and decreased amplitude of P3 b,which can provide objective indicators for clinical diagnosis of depressive disorder and assist diagnosis.3.Age,education level, childhood abuse and coping style were risk factors for cognitive function in patients with first-episode depression, while gender and marital status had no effect. And the younger, the more educated, the less childhood abuse, and the more positive coping styles, the better the cognitive function.
