Objective:To investigate the preoperative anxiety level and its influencing factors of senile cataract patients undergoing day operation.To analyze the influence of early nursing intervention on the preoperative psychological stress and postoperative status of cataract patients undergoing day operation.Methods:This study is mainly divided into two parts: the first part is a descriptive study,using the status anxiety questionnaire(S-AI)to investigate the preoperative anxiety level and its influencing factors of 140 patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery for the aged in a grade a hospital of Shanxi Province.Through multiple stepwise regression analysis,the factors influencing preoperative anxiety of aged cataract patients were screened out,so as to establish the necessity and feasibility of early nursing intervention.The second part is the types of experimental research,and will be in accordance with the 200 patients who underwent ambulatory surgery of senile cataract in hospital order is divided into the control group(100 cases)and intervention group(100 cases),two groups in age,gender,educational level,marital status,occupational status,economic income,differences of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Control group accepted routine nursing care,intervention group on the basis of this,by nurses during the operation,to make an appointment before three days,before one day,a day waiting for the surgery operation in four periods,with individual counseling,education in patients with atlas,telephonecounseling and consulting WeChat platform as the main form,the implementation of psychological support,operation information to inform and intraoperative coping skills as the core content of the early nursing intervention.Changes in anxiety,pulse rate and blood pressure before and after intervention were observed and recorded in the two groups.Differences in postoperative nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness were compared between the two groups.T test and chi square test were used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)preoperative anxiety(S-AI)score of the elderly patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery was 39.86 for males and 43.91 for females,both of which were higher than the domestic normal population(P<0.01),suggesting that the elderly patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery had preoperative psychological stress problems.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that preoperative anxiety was related to gender,marital status and previous surgical history.(2)Early nursing intervention can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety of senile cataract patients undergoing day operation.After intervention,the anxiety score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(3)Early nursing intervention is of positive significance to the postoperative status of elderly cataract patients undergoing ambulatory surgery.The difference of postoperative nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness between the two groups after intervention was statistically significant,and the postoperative nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness of the patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative anxiety of the aged cataract patients during day operation deservesthe attention of the medical staff.In order to promote the physical and mental recovery of patients,the medical staff should pay more attention to and actively search for the reasonable and effective intervention methods of day operation care.This study for the implementation of early nursing intervention can effectively relieve the elderly cataract surgery in patients with preoperative anxiety in the day,and at the same time to improve the degree of knowledge about patients' health and nursing satisfaction,enhance the trust between nurses and patients and the routing management mode of construction of the ambulatory surgery has positive significance,has certain promoting role.
