Objective:The purpose of this study is to introduce the theory, practice and education of the International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists Standard of the International Union of Anaesthesia Nurses(IFNA)into this training according to the requirements of the anesthesiologist in the Circular on the Establishment and Management of Outpatient Clinic and Nursing Unit of Medical Institutions issued by the Ministry of Health of China, and to form the teaching method based on the basic theoretical knowledge of anesthetic nursing and the basic operation technology of anesthesia, through comparison with traditional teaching methods,To explore whether China can introduce the IFNA Standard published by the International Union of Anaesthesia Nurses(IFNA)in 2016 as our country's clinical anesthesia nursing The basic framework of postgraduate education.Method:(1)Literature retrieval and information extraction: In the initial stage of the study, the literature and data related to anesthesia care in International Federation of Anesthesia Nurses(IFNA),American Association of Anesthesia Nurses(AANA),National Health Committee of the People's Republic of China,Wanfang,VIP,HowNet,PubMed,and Embase were comprehensively retrieved, and these data were combined with the training program for graduate anesthesia care students in medical colleges and the curriculum system for undergraduate anesthesia care students to initially form the theoretical and practical standards for this training.(2)Data collation, analysis and synthesis: After the standard is collated into a paper version, the outline of this training will be jointly improved by consulting the instructors, anesthesiologists, anesthesiologists and head nurses in medical colleges and affiliated hospitals who take anesthesia care as their research direction. The final training syllabus consists of two parts: basic anesthesia theory knowledge part and basic anesthesia operation skill part.(3)Convenience sampling and random grouping: A total of 32 subjects were selected for this study by convenience sampling method, including 8 anesthesia nursing postgraduates and 24 clinical anesthesia nursing staff. After numbering them respectively, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by mobile phone random number generator APP,the observation group and the control group, with 16 people in each group, including 4 graduate students in anesthesia nursing and 12 clinical anesthesia nursing workers.(4)Implementation plan and training: the observation group adopted the education method based on IFNA standard, while the control group adopted the traditional education method. The training lasted for 4 weeks. The basic theoretical knowledge of anesthesia was taught in the first week, and the basic operation of anesthesia was conducted in the second 3weeks.After the training, the subjects were tested in theory and operation skills. Results:the two groups except pain diagnosis and treatment(t=0.10,P>0.05)P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. In the basic operation skills of anesthesia, the two groups were prepared for anesthetic articles(t=1.73,P>0.05),detected by anesthetic machine(t=0.77,0.05)and supraclavicular(t=-0.41,0.The difference was not statistically significant, however,on the laryngeal mask and trachea catheter(t=5.01,P<0.01;t=3.31,P<0.05).Reading The rate of theoretical achievement and operational achievement of graduate students after training(total score =100 points, excellent score ?80 points)was significantly higher than that before training, from 22.9% to 66.7% and 7.5% to 37.5%,respectively.Conclusion:Compared with the control group, the training method based on the IFNA standard was better than the control group in improving the theoretical achievement of anesthetic nurses. However, compared with the control group, the improvement observation group and the control group is not obvious, which may be that the training time of this study is short, which makes the subjects unable to quickly master the basic anesthetic operation skills in a short period of time.
