Objective:To exclude the possible factors that may cause the adverse pregnancy outcome of mother and infant,such as infertility,and to further analyze the perinatal complications and neonatal outcome caused by assisted reproductive technology.Methods:Collected in March,2018-July 2019 in our reproductive center line of assisted reproduction helps the gestational age of 28 weeks of pregnancy and childbirth childbearing age(age < 35)singletons primipara 160 cases,according to the 1 1controlled selection during the same period in our conception of the nature of obstetric delivery singletons primipara 160 cases as control group,the study of selected object general data perinatal complications and neonatal outcome such as investigation and statistical analysis.Results:(1)Compared with women in the natural pregnancy group,the incidence of GDM,amniotic fluid and premature rupture of membranes increased in the ART group and the natural pregnancy group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P >,0.05).The incidence of gestational hypertension,placenta previa and cesarean section in the ART group were significantly higher than those in the natural pregnancy group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).In the ART group,there were 4 cases of female icpand 5 cases of postpartum hemorrhage.The results of hypohydramnios and placental implantation were consistent with those of the control group,and there were 0cases of placental abruption in both groups.(2)Compared with the natural pregnancy group,the newborns in the ART group had higher rates of premature delivery,high sex ratio and macrocephaly,but the differences were not statistically significant(P >,0.05).In the ART group,there were 4 cases of fetal distress and 5 cases of low birth weight,and the newborns were all transferred to relevant departments for further treatment.There were 0 perinatal deaths in two groups.Conclusion:1.Compared with women in the natural pregnancy group,the adverse perinatal outcomes of hypertensive diseases and placenta previa during pregnancy were significantly increased in women in the ART group.2.Compared with newborns delivered in the natural pregnancy group,there was no significant difference in the adverse perinatal outcomes in the ART group.
