| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of high tibial osteotomy(HTO)and monondylar replacement(UKA)in the treatment of medial interventricular osteoarthritis(OA)of the knee.Methods:Pub Med,The Cochrane library,EMBASE,Science Direct,CNKI,Wanfang,Wipp and other databases were searched by computer.Literature was collected on observational cohort studies or randomized controlled trials comparing high tibial osteotomy(HTO)/monondylar replacement(UKA)in the treatment of medial interventricular osteoarthritis(OA)of the knee,with a retrieval period from 2000 to 2019.2 people independently read and screened literature,extracted data and evaluated the quality of the study.Rev Man 5.3 was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 13 studies were included,with 711 patients;meta-results showed that the knee range of motion of high tibial osteotomy(HTO)(MD=-5.47,95%ci:-9.53 to-1.41,P=0.008)was significantly better than that of monondylar replacement(UKA),and Lysholm knee score(MD=0.84,95%ci: 0.29 to 1.39,P=0.003)in the UKA group at the last follow-up was significantly better than that of the HTO group.there were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of postoperative complications,TKA revision rate,postoperative infection rate,patellofemoral articular cartilage degeneration rate,lateral compartment degeneration rate,excellent and good surgical rate,tibiofemoral Angle(FTA)after surgery(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Tips in the treatment of conform to the surgical indications medial compartment of knee joint osteoarthritis(OA),the HTO can obtain similar to UKA complications,postoperative total knee arthroplasty(TKA)revision rate,postoperative infection,patellofemoral articular cartilage degeneration rate,the lateral compartment degeneration rate,the rate of good operation,postoperative tibial Angle(FTA),but the HTO postoperative joint range is better than that of UKA,while UKA enables better knee function after surgery. |
