Objective:Observe the levels of estrogen and CGRP in migraine patients with different menstrual periods, and clarify the relationship between estrogen and CGRP and migraine. Methods:From August 2016 to December 2017,84 cases of clinically diagnosed female migraine patients were selected as the study subjects.82 cases of normal persons were selected as the control group: women with migraine were divided into menstrual sex, related menstruation and menopause.Three groups;plasma estrogen levels were measured in female migraine patients and healthy controls;specific radioimmunoassay was used to determine CGRP levels;estrogen and CGRP concentrations were statistically processed.P<0.05 was statistically significant.significance.Results:(1)The CGRP content in the three groups was significantly different from that in the control group(t=-6.354,P<0.05).(2)Estrogen levels in 84 female migraine patients were inversely correlated with CGRP levels(Pearson correlation coefficient =-.9464),which was statistically significant.(3)The level of estrogen in women with simple menstrual migraine was statistically significant compared with the control group(t=-5.922,P =0.000,P < 0.05).The level of estrogen in women with menstrual-related migraine was compared with the control group. No statistical significance was found(t=-1.444,P=0.154,P>0.05).The level of estrogen in the postmenopausal migraine group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(t=2.375,P=0.121,P>0.05).The CGRP content in the female migraine subgroup was statistically significant compared with the control subgroup(t=-11.882,P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)There was a significant difference in estrogen levels between the migraine group and the control group(t =-6.274,P < 0.05),demonstrating that estrogen is closely related to the onset of migraine in females.(2)There was a negative correlation between estrogen content and CGRP content in the migraine group(t = 4.525,P <0.05),which proved that estrogen is closely related to the onset of migraine in females and may cause headaches by increasing CGRP levels.effect.(3)Estrogen levels have an effect on menstrual migraine alone. The effects on menstrual-related migraine and post-menopausal migraine are unclear.CGRP levels have an effect on all migraine patients, indicating migraine headaches. The increase in CGRP content is directly related.
