| Research background and purpose:With the aging population and the increasing number of myopia in China,cataract patients with high myopia are more and more common in clinical practice.The interaction between the two has a great impact on the vision and visual quality of patients.At present,the clinical treatment of high myopia cataract mainly depends on surgery,the common operation is phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Because of the long ocular axis,increased corneal refractive power and positive spherical aberration,the improvement of visual quality by intraoperative implantation of spherical intraocular lens is not satisfactory.In recent years,with the development of phacoemulsification technology and the application of aspheric intraocular lens,the visual quality of patients with high myopia and cataract has been improved significantly.In this study,visual quality analysis system and visual function quality of life(VF / QOL)scale were used to compare the effects of aspheric intraocular lens and spherical intraocular lens implantation on the visual quality of cataract patients with high myopia.Materials and Methods:From Jan.2016 to Dec.2018,76 patients with high myopia and cataract in our hospital were selected as the study objects.All for the treatment of cataract patients with high myopia,phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is the main method method of random number table,38 cases(52 eyes)in the control group and 38 cases(54 eyes)in the study group.All patients improved preoperative examination.After phacoemulsification,foldable spherical IOL was implanted in the control group and foldable aspheric IOL in the study group.The scores of naked vision,best corrected vision,visual quality,higher-order aberrations,contrast sensitivity,glare sensitivity,visual function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:1.Judging from the postoperative situation of the two groups of patients,when the naked eye and the best correction social strength examination were performed,there was a significant improvement compared to the previous one,and the results were cut-off and Sr values of the patients in the study group were 1st and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05),and the MTF values of the patients in the two groups at the 1st,3rd and 6th postoperative months(P<0.05)in cut off value and SR value(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in ov100%,ov20% and ov9% between the two groups at the 1st,7th,1st,3rd and 6th postoperative days(P>0.05).3.Under the pupil diameter of 3.0mm and 6.0mm,the t HOA and SA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the coma and Tref oil in the two groups(P>0.05).4.At 12 cpd,the contrast sensitivity of the study group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3pd,6cpd 。In the case of high frequency bands,the contrast sensitivity found that there was a significant difference between the research group and the control group,mainly at 12 cpd,while in the remaining cases,no significant difference was seen.In the case of glare sensitivity,there was no obvious difference(P> 0.05)at 3pd,6cpd,12 cpd and 18cpd(P>0.05).5.6 months after operation,the scores of the three dimensions of daily activities,visual adaptation and stereovision in the study group was no statistical significance in the scores of the two dimensions of subjective field and peripheral field(P > 0.05).There were no differences in self-care ability,activity ability,social and psychological scores between the two groups(P>0.05).improved,but there was no significant difference between each other.(P>0.05).2.The OSI values of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group at the 1st,7th and 1st,3rd and 6th postoperative days(P<0.05);the MTFConclusions:1.Phacoemulsification combined with and spherical intraocular lens implantation can improve the patients’ naked vision and the best corrected vision,and the two methods have the same effect;2.Phacoemulsification combined with aspherical intraocular lens implantation is implantation in reducing the postoperative high-order aberrations;3.The combination of objective visual quality analysis system and subjective visual function quality of life VF / QOL scale can play a role in the evaluation of visual quality improvement of cataract patients with high myopia after lens implantation,but it is necessary to develop objective visual function quality of life evaluation scale. |
