This study uses sentence association paradigm(WSAP)and fuzzy context paradigm(AST)to study patients with suicidal ideation depression, patients without suicidal ideation depression and normal people, and explores three groups of subjects in the immediate and delayed processing stages Changes in the overall interpretation bias in the study, whether there is a difference in interpretation bias in the self-related/other-related reference scenario, and whether there is a difference in interpretation bias in the social/non-social reference scenario, and then compares the three groups of subjects in the immediate and delayed processing stages The similarities and differences in the performance of social information processing, with a view to providing theoretical guidance and reference for the intervention of depression patients in explaining the deviation. This study consists of two experiments.Experiment 1 analyzes the response characteristics and emotional word recognition rate of three groups of subjects to explore the overall instant interpretation bias characteristics of the three groups in the instant processing stage, and in self-related /other-related scenarios. The characteristics of instant interpretation bias change in social / non-social scenarios and analysis of their differences.Experiment 2 analyzes the interpretation probability scores of the three groups of subjects on the interpretation of fuzzy situations to explore the characteristics of the three groups of participants in the delayed processing stage of the overall delayed interpretation bias changes in self-related / other-related scenarios, social / non-social scenarios The time-delayed interpretation of the biased changes in the characteristics and its difference analysis. The results showed that:(1)The results of the instant interpretation bias experiment show that: the analysis of emotional vocabulary recognition rate shows that the main effect of vocabulary type is significant(F(1,92)= 24.361,p<0.05),and the main effect of the experimental group is significant(F(2,92)= 3.483,p<0.05),the vocabulary type and the experimental grouping showed obvious interaction(F(2,92)=88.934,p<0.05).There were significant differences in the recognition rate of positive/negative vocabulary among the three groups of subjects(p<0.05).In terms of negative vocabulary recognition rate, patients with suicidal thought depression were the highest, and those without suicidal thought depression were second; In terms of approval rate, patients with depression with suicidal thoughts have the lowest, followed by those without depression. In terms of self-/other-related negative vocabulary recognition rate, there were significant differences between the three groups of subjects(p<0.05).Regarding the positive / negative vocabulary recognition rate in social / non-social situations, there were significant differences between the three groups of subjects(p<0.05).The analysis of emotional vocabulary response shows that the main effects of different emotional vocabulary types are significant(F(1,92)= 10.038,p<0.05),and the main effects of experimental grouping are not significant(F(2,92)= 1.212,p>0.05),The interaction effect between experimental grouping and vocabulary type is significant(F(2,92)= 9.029,p<0.05).There was a significant difference in the positive / negative vocabulary response time of depression patients with suicidal ideation(p<0.05).(2)Delayed interpretation bias experiment results show that: the possibility score analysis shows that the main effects of different emotion interpretation types are significant(F(1,112)= 27.629,p<0.05),and the main effects of the experimental grouping are not significant(F(2,112)= 0.205,p>0.05),the interaction effect of interpretation type and experiment group is significant(F(2,112)= 45.299,p<0.05).There were significant differences in the average likelihood score of positive / negative interpretation among the three groups of subjects(p<0.05).The negative likelihood score of the group with depression with suicidal thoughts was higher than the positive likelihood score, and the patients with depression without suicidal thoughts The negative likelihood score is lower than the positive likelihood score, but significantly higher than the negative likelihood score of the normal group. In the positive and negative likelihood scores of self/other-related scenarios, there were significant differences between the two groups of subjects(p<0.05).In social / non-social situations, there were significant differences between the three groups of subjects on social positive and negative likelihood scores(p<0.05).On the non-social positive likelihood scores, there was suicidal thought depression There is a significant difference between patients with morbidity and normal people(p<0.05).On the non-social negative possibility score, there is a significant difference between depression patients with and without suicidal ideation and normal people(p<0.05).The conclusions are as follows: the negative interpretation bias of patients with and without suicidal ideation depression exists in both the instant interpretation bias phase and the delayed interpretation phase, and is generally consistent;it also exists in self/other-related situations and social/ non-social situations In contrast, the negative interpretation bias in self-related social situations is more pronounced;the negative interpretation bias in patients with suicidal depression is more pronounced overall in patients with depression without suicidal ideation;with/without suicidal ideation Depression patients are stable in changes in self / other contexts in both immediate and delayed periods, while changes in social/non-social contexts are unstable.
