With the development of society and the reform of medical system,the expenditure on health care and the number of hospitalized people in China continue to grow,while the number of medical and health institutions is also increasing,which makes hospitals face enormous development opportunities and challenges.Therefore,the hospital should pay attention to the innovation of operation management in order to enhance its own strength and market competitiveness.Because the operation department is a very important department of the hospital,and directly related to the health and even life safety of the patients to be operated on,hospitals and patients attach great importance to the efficiency and quality of the services they provide.However,in reality,the use of the operating room is not very scientific and reasonable,and it still needs to be optimized management.The significance of this study is to optimize the operation schedule for patients,to avoid life-threatening for patients,to reduce the irrational use of operating room time,to improve the utilization rate of operating room and to reduce hospital costs according to the patient's condition before the latest operation time.This paper mainly studies the elective operation scheduling considering the uncertain operation duration of patients,and focuses on the influence of actual doctor scheduling constraints on the operation schedule.Firstly,the opportunities and challenges brought by the internal and external environment of our hospital for its development are elaborated and analyzed,and the importance of optimizing the management of hospital operating room is explained.At the same time,after researching nearly 100 literature on surgical scheduling at home and abroad,the hot and blank points of current research in this field are analyzed and summarized,and the emphasis and characteristics of this research content are put forward.Secondly,taking a third-class A hospital in Jiangsu Province as the research object,this paper analyzed the current situation of the operating room and the operation schedule data,found the existing problems in the operating room of the hospital,and on this basis,established a goal programming model considering the uncertainties of the operation duration of patients,fitted and analyzed the rule of the operation duration of thoracic surgery,as the basis of the followup scheduling and the numerical value.The simulation results are compared with the actual manual scheduling results.Then,the constraints of the actual doctor scheduling are added to the operation scheduling model considering the uncertain operation duration of patients,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.The experimental parameters and results are analyzed,and the simulation results are compared with the actual manual scheduling.Finally,the results of the schedules considering only the uncertain duration of surgery,the uncertainties of the duration of surgery and the constraints of the actual doctor scheduling and the actual manual scheduling schemes are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the schedules considering the uncertainties of the duration of surgery are more conducive to the operating room than the manual scheduling schemes.It is concluded that multi-resource-constrained scheduling schemes can improve the utilization of operating rooms and the balance of operating time.
