With medical system reform deepens gradually,people's health awareness improving and market competition intensifies,hospital managers urgently to improve the efficiency of medical services and reduce operating costs by means of management.Operation room,as the largest proportion of hospital resources,consumes the most resources and produces the most benefit,has the pivotal influence on the overall benefit of the hospital.Operation scheduling problem is the most basic problem that directly relates to the operation efficiency of operation room,and it determines the time,place,sequence and surgeon.The reasonable operation scheduling can reduce the operation cost of the operation room,reduce the waiting time,balance the workload of the doctors and improve the operation efficiency of the operation room.Operation scheduling problem is a complicated problem in medical service and has many constraints.This paper mainly studied the following questions based on the previous studies.(1)What is current status of hospital operation scheduling.From a hospital operating room reality we introduces the working process of hospital operation room,summarize and analyze the form and method of the operation scheduling,and sum up the defects and shortcomings of the current operation scheduling method,pointed out the crux of the problem.(2)We redesign the operation scheduling method.In order to reduce the cost of hospital operation,distribute the surgical resources evenly and shorten the waiting time,we propose a scheduling method to solve the operation scheduling problem.In this paper,the operation scheduling problem was divided into two stages;the first stage is surgery planning stage,which determines the operation to date,operation room and surgeon.The second stage is the operation scheduling,which determine the sequence of operation which are executed at the same day in the same operation room.In the first stage,we set the operation waiting cost,operating room overtime costs,operating room idle costs and affinity between the surgeon and the surgical team for cost as the goal,considering the doctor,operation room and time constraints,surgery planning model is established,and design a genetic algorithm to the model is used to solve the problem,we evaluate the performance of the algorithm for solving,and validated with actual data of the algorithm is feasible and effective.In the second stage,we set minimized daily operating room open time as the goal,consider of doctors'time limit,recovery room beds restrictions and surgery waiting time constraints,to establish the operation sequencing model to determine the operation sequence.Second stage genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.After the test of the performance of the algorithm,the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm are determined.(3)Finally,according to the hospital reality as the background,we carried out the application of simulation operation scheduling model,through the analysis of the results show that the operation scheduling model can effectively solve the hospital actual operation scheduling problem.
