Study On The Operation Scheduling Problem In F Hospital

Operation room is an important guarantee department of hospital,which has the characteristics of high labor cost,high equipment cost and high construction cost.Operation scheduling is an important part of operation resource planning at home and abroad,there are a considerable number of operation scheduling model research,but the operation schedule is reasonable or not in the correct model need to cooperate with each other,but also with management method.The operation room of F hospital every day to complete a large number of operation in its daily operation after the investigation,there are a lot of factors affect the operation process,distribution in three aspects of preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative,which affects the operation efficiency of the operation room,hospital satisfaction also caused the decline.Based on this,this article through to the operation room of F hospital scheduling problem is studied,in which several prominent problems,from the mathematical model of the operation scheduling method and scheduling management of operation room recommendations,the main contents of this paper are:(1)To analyze the root cause of the operation room scheduling in F hospital,and to find out the factors which have great influence.The operation scheduling problem can be solved by using a variety of mathematical models when the constraint conditions are determined,but in practice,because of the particularity of the operation room,it is easy to be influenced by other factors.The root cause analysis method was used to classify these factors,the questionnaire was designed and the main factors were identified through the office system..(2)The uncertainty of the duration of surgery is the most important factor in the results of the investigation,due to the uncertainty of the duration of the operation,the operation can not be completed in accordance with the preset schedule.In this paper the optimization work in operation room time and patient average waiting time,the mathematical model is established by the absolute robust optimization theory,further designs hybrid optimization algorithm based on partheno genetic algorithm.(3)The occurrence of operation resource uncertainty is universal,including surgical nurses,surgical equipment can be classified as surgical resources.According to the operation situation of resources,to optimize the operation time and patient satisfaction as the goal,from the Enterprise Dynamic Rescheduling mathematical model is established,based on ant colony algorithm for hybrid flow shop scheduling is designed for batch operation scheduling problem of three layers of ant colony algorithm based on taboo data set were solved.Based on the actual data of hospital,the results show that the above two mathematical models are effective and feasible in solving specific problems.But in addition to the above two factors more prominent,still can not ignore the influence of other factors,in order to reduce the influence of other factors on the operation schedule,reference to domestic and other hospitals with lean management,time management and puts forward some suggestions of the measures,Including the first operation to improve the rate of punctuality,reduce non day surgery,preoperative verification,5S and visual management,workflow time management,five aspects.
