Objective To investigate the status quo of the initial mother's intention to participate in the accompanying childbirth,and to analyze the influence of sociodemographic characteristics,obstetric factors,delivery attitude,self-efficacy of childbirth,social support on the behavior of first-time mother to participate in accompanying childbirth based on the theory of planned behavior,so as to improve the effect of spouse companion shipbirth and reduce caesarean section,Optimizing the outcome of the delivery provides the basis.Methods Using the method of convenient sampling cross-sectional survey,the general data questionnaire,obstetric data questionnaire,the self-efficacy scale of childbirth,the multi-understanding social support scale,the birth attitude questionnaire,The first-time mother's behavioral intention questionnaire and influence factor questionnaire questionnaire on the behavior of spouse's accompanying childbirth were questionnaires for 312 cases of late-pregnancy first-stage mothers in a tertiary level A maternal and child health care center.The data were analyzed using SPSS19.0 software,and the quantitative data of normal distribution was statistically described with the average number of the standard deviation.Pearson-related analysis was used to analyze the self-efficacy of childbirth,social support,childbirth fear,attitude of first-time mother to give birth,subjective norms,self-control,influencing factors,and behavior intention of first-time mother to accompany spouse to give birth.Based on the total score of the behavior intention of the first mother to the spouse's accompanying childbirth as the factor variable,and the correlation coefficient of statisticalsignificane(P 0.05)as the argument,the multi-step regression model was established to analyze theinfluence factors of the first mother's intention to participate in the behavior of the spouse to accompany the birth.Results the behavioral intention of parturients to participate in accompanied delivery was(31.45 ±6.21),and perceptual behavior control,subjective norms,attitude,fear of delivery and the degree of trust in medical staff were the influencing factors of the behavioral intention of parturients to participate in accompanied delivery(P < 0.05).Conclusions Medical and nursing staff should vigorously publicize accompanied delivery,strive to improve the accompanying delivery environment,provide safe and warm family delivery room for parturients,train parturients and spouses to accompany delivery,encourage spouses to participate in accompanied delivery,and improve the natural delivery rate of parturients.
