An Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution And Pelvic Floor Muscle Strength Of Parturient Women In Taiyuan

Objective:There are few studies on the identification of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of parturients and the influencing factors of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of parturients in Shanxi Province.The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution,influencing factors and the correlation between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the function of pelvic floor muscles,so as to provide reference for improving the health level of local parturients.Methods:A total of 1060 parturients who had a 42 day postpartum reexamination with Shanxi Provincial Children's Hospital from March 2019 to August 2019 were studied.the puerpera fills in the "classification and determination of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine" and the general situation questionnaire,And to investigate the pelvic floor muscle strength of the parturient women,the abnormal pelvic floor muscle strength is < 3grade,and the 3 grade of muscle strength is normal.To understand the physical distribution of parturients in Taiyuan City,to analyze the influencing factors of parturients' physical fitness and the correlation between their pelvic floor muscle strength and physical fitness.Results:1.Distribution of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of parturients:(1)There are many Unblanced constitution of parturients in Taiyuan city.The frequency of the constitution of parturients is Yin deficiency Constitution,Qi deficiency Constitution,Blanced Constitution,damp heat Constitution,Yang deficiency Constitution,blood stasis Constitution,phlegm dampness Constitution,qi depression Constitution,and inherited Special Constitution.(2)The single constitution distribution of the parturients in Taiyuan city is mainly Yin deficiency Constitution,Qi deficiency Constitution,damp heat Constitution,Yang deficiency Constitution,phlegm dampness Constitution,blood stasis Constitution and qi depression Constitution.(3)The two kinds of constitution were Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency,yin deficiency and damp heat,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency,yin deficiency and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and damp heat,yin deficiency and yang deficiency,yin deficiency and phlegm dampness,Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness,yin deficiency and inherited Special,Yang deficiency and damp heat,damp heat and blood stasis,yin deficiency and qi depression,blood stasis and qi depression,phlegm dampness and damp heat Qi deficiency and qi depression,Qi deficiency with inherited Special.,A total of 286 cases.2.Study on the influencing factors of maternal Constitution:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of yin deficiency constitution were BMI,spicy and acidophilic(P < 0.05);The influencing factors of Yang deficiency constitution were: daily sleeping time and working pressure(P < 0.05);The influencing factors of phlegm dampness constitution were BMI,preference for frying and light diet(P < 0.05);The influencing factors of qi deficiency constitution were BMI and sleep time(P < 0.05);The influencing factors of damp and hot constitution were partial sweet food and light diet(P < 0.05);The influencing factors of qi depression constitution are partial sweet food and work pressure;The influencing factors of blood stasis constitution were sweet,sleeping time,spicy,feeding mode and working time(P <0.05);The influence of Blanced constitution was sweet,spicy,sleeping time,working pressure,feeding mode,age and delivery mode(P < 0.05).3.The correlation between the physique of parturient and pelvic floor muscle:The constitution related to the type? muscle strength are qi deficiency quality and inherited Special Constitution,The constitution related to type ? muscle strength is Qi deficiency.Conclusion:1.In Taiyuan City,there are many parturients who are unblanced in constitution,and there are many composite constitution of parturients.Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency are common.Qi deficiency constitution is more likely to occur with other constitution.2.The influence factors of different constitution of parturient are different.Different methods should be adopted according to different constitution to adjust the constitution.3.The constitution related to the strength of pelvic floor muscle is Qi deficiency.In clinical practice,we should strengthen the examination and health care of pelvic floor muscle function of the parturient with Qi deficiency constitution.
