ObjectiveTo study whether the delivery mode, the rate of cesarean section and the perinatal status were affected by the age of pregnant women. Methods the related data from the production department of Affiliated Hospital of Tai'an Medical College in 2016 06 to January 2017 regular production inspection and delivery by using the method of randomly selected 200 cases of hospitalized childbirth maternal age were retrospectively analyzed, and randomly selected in the same period in our hospital childbirth age less than 35 years old pregnant women as the control group in the the mode of delivery, cesarean section rate and perinatal situation of older pregnant women and non pregnant women were compared in elderly patients. The statistical method is the use of SPSS17.0 software, chi square test,Fisher exact probability test,t test, two categories of multi factor Logistic regression analysis.Result1.Comparison of complications and complications of pregnancy:In the pregnant women with uterine fibroids, gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, the incidence of premature labor in the elderly group was significantly higher than that in the non elderly group.2.perinatal outcomes:The incidence of fetal distress in the elderly group was higher than that in the non elderly group.3.ways of delivery:The cesarean section rate was higher in the elderly group than in the non elderly group.Age is an independent risk factor for the increase of cesarean section rate.Conclusion:1.pregnant women with uterine myoma in elderly pregnant women in the incidence rate increased, attention should be paid to the examination of the elderly pregnant women during pregnancy, pre pregnancy should handle related diseases,so as to avoid the occurrence of complications occurred which caused myoma red degeneration and postpartum hemorrhage, complications such as obstructive dystocia.2.hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, gestational diabetes, preterm delivery in maternal age in the incidence rate than older mothers increased in older pregnant women in pregnancy should be regular prenatal examination, blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring,if such complications should be timely detection and timely treatment, when necessary to ensure maternal and child safety, should be timely termination of pregnancy, avoid the complications caused by the fetus and pregnant women adverse outcomes.3.older mothers, especially in elderly patients after cesarean section rate increased, the main reason is due to the past history of cesarean section, caused by the scar uterus, such as vaginal delivery, uterine rupture risk is high,so often choose again cesarean section termination of pregnancy, age is an independent risk factor of the increase of cesarean section rate..
