| Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of prescription management of Chinese medicine slices in Jilin province.The prescription of Chinese medicine will be collected to analyze the problems and non-standard phenomenon of prescription and their causes and study the theory ? practice and effect.Based on Jilin province,the control measures offered for regulating the prescription of Chinese medicine are given in order to promote the rationalization ? institutionalization and standard of Chinese medicine.control the unreasonably increase of the price and provide basis for relevant departments who can adjust and improve policy measures.Method:this research obtains the general direction of this paper.analysis of the prescription literature and investigation on medical institutions,the sample survey is adopted in this paper.make use of excel software to carry out statistical analysis according to the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China and prescription administration method combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory.In addition,the control measures of the prescription Chinese medicine tablets are put forward in combination with the interview of managers and experts.result: 10 TCM hospitals in Jilin province.found out that 9 TCM hospitals had established the prescription management and prescription review system,At the same time,they also had developed a special review system,the medicine councils and special review teams on the prescription of TCM.Among all 10 TCM hospitals,there was one second grade TCM hospital,which has the system of prescription management system but no special review teams for TCM.In this study a third medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine prescription as an example to carry out the survey,through the analysis of prescription,found phenomenon of excessive,high costs,strict implementation of relevant laws,regulations and policies.Aiming at the problems discovered,the author puts forward some targeted improvement measures from the actual situation of Jilin province.Conclusion: The non-standard prescription of Chinese medicine slices increases the price of Chinese medicine slices to a certain extent,which causes the economic burden of Chinese medicine slices.It causes waste of medical resources,unreasonable use of drugs,andseriously threatens the life of patients.The standard prescription can effectively promote the development of TCM health industry and make TCM play a bigger role in the medical field. |
