Study On The Regulating-blood Therapy In Synopsis Of Golden Chamber

On the basis of the discussion on the relationship between “Heart,Liver and Spleen” and “Blood” in the Canon of Internal Medicine,Zhang Zhongjing created regulating-blood therapy,which is an important method of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the articles related to regulating-blood therapy and the prescriptions in Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing,the author sorts out the classification,pathogenesis and treatment of Synopsis of Golden Chamber's prescriptions for regulating-blood therapy.The literature on the application of regulating-blood therapy by doctors in different periods was analyzed.The system is summarized in the following aspects: 1.The historical origin of Zhang Zhongjing's regulating-blood therapy;2.The specific application of regulating-blood therapy in Synopsis of Golden Chamber;3.The modern research and clinical application of regulating-blood therapyIn this paper,there is a deeper and broader understanding of regulating-blood therapy.For bleeding and blood stasis caused by different pathogenesis,different prescriptions in the corresponding regulating-blood therapy should be used to make clinically better prescription for regulating-blood therapy.A deeper understanding of the theoretical origins of regulating-blood therapy and the insights of physicians in different periods plays a crucial role in the clinical application of regulating-blood therapy.
