[Objective] In order to provide whole-course and multi-dimensional pharmaceutical care for patients with cancer pain,developing mobile medical APP(Pain Guard)and building a integrated cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode for cancer pain based on Pain Guard.By observing the impact of the pharmaceutical care mode on the relief rate of cancer pain and the life quality of patients,the effectiveness,feasibility and satisfaction degree of patients with the pharmaceutical care model were evaluated,so as to provide references for the clinical pharmaceutical care mode.[Methods] 1.In this study,the function of pain guard was determined by literature analysis.A total of 23 experts with senior professional titles were selected to consult the functional modules of the pain guard by using Delphi inquiry method.SPSS 22.0 and Microsoft Excel 2017 were used to analyze the inquiry results,and finally the function modules of the pain guard were determined.2.Establishing a whole-course cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode for cancer pain based on pain guards.3.The patients with cancer pain were divided into study group and control group by prospective randomized controlled study.The patients received the whole-course cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode based on pain guards in study group,while the patients followed the traditional cancer pain pharmaceutical care model in control group.After four weeks of intervention,the pain relief rate,frequency of outbreak pain,quality of life,medication compliance,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction score of the two groups were observed.To evaluate the effectiveness,safety and feasibility of the whole-course pharmaceutical care model for cancer pain based on pain guards.[Results] 1.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the function modules of the pain guard were determined,including five function modules: pain self-test,real-time communication,real-time reminder,upload of examination report,cancer pain education and so on.Through qualitative analysis of the basic information of consultants and quantitative analysis of the degree of authority of experts,the degree of authority of each expert was greater than 0.7,the degree of activeness of experts was 100%,which meets the requirements;the degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions,the reliability and content validity of consultation questionnaires all meet the requirements.2.96 patients with cancer pain were enrolled in the study,and were equally devided into the study group and the control group.There was no significant difference in fundamental state,pain score and quality of life between the two groups(P > 0.05).After four weeks of intervention,the pain relief rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.001);The frequency of outbreak pain was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.001);Medication compliance was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.001);The quality of life was significantly better than that of the control group in many aspects(P < 0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.For the whole-process cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode based on pain guard,the satisfaction level of patients with cancer pain was as high as 93.7%.[Conclusion] 1.In this study,we successfully developed the pain guard through Delphi method,and providing a material basis for the construction of whole-process cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode.2.Based on the Pain Guard,the whole-course cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode for cancer pain has been successfully constructed.3.The whole-course cancer pain pharmaceutical care mode based on the pain guard effectively improves the pain treatment effect,and the satisfaction rate of patient reaches 93.7%.It possesses good feasibility and effectiveness.
