China's national economy is transforming from industrial economy to knowledge economy.Under the knowledge economy,knowledge service enterprises emerge.The human capital of their employees is the strongest competitiveness of enterprises.However,the sub-health status of employees is widespread,which affects the performance of employees to a certain extent.Recently,"996" has aroused a heated discussion in the society.It is difficult to balance the work and life of employees.The health benefits provided by enterprises are relatively inadequate,which requires further optimization by the government.Health China strategy aims to improve the national health level.Effective provision of health benefits can improve the health status of employees.As the responsible person of public goods,the government should not only play a guiding and supervising role,but also provide health benefits to improve the public health level and achieve sustainable development.This study takes employees of knowledge service enterprises in Shanghai as the object of investigation.Through literature review and review,defining variables,looking for research hypothesis and constructing theoretical model,it makes a largesample analysis of the questionnaires to understand the health status and health welfare status of employees in knowledge service enterprises.On this basis,we try to build a government-led multi-agent welfare supply model,and put forward relevant implementation recommendations.The first part of this paper is an introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance,research content,research methods,research innovation and limitations.The literature review part reviews and comments on the domestic and foreign literature of employee health and health welfare projects,mainly including employee health assessment,measurement,etc.The domestic and foreign employee health welfare projects are sorted out and summarized.The second part is the definition of the concept of health and employee health welfare and the review of related theories.The third part is the construction of research design and theoretical model.Firstly,try to confirm the variables.Then,try ro construct the theoretical models and hypotheses according to literature.The design ideas of each part of the questionnaire are analyzed in detail.Finally,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested through the results of the pre-survey,and the formality is determined.The fourth part is the result of health assessment of employees in knowledge service enterprises in Shanghai.The fifth part is the evaluation of health welfare supply of employees.This paper makes descriptive statistics,factor analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data obtained.It mainly evaluates the health status of employees as a whole,and establishes the dimension of variables through factor analysis.Through the difference analysis,we can understand the influence of background variables on employees' health status,correlation and regression analysis to understand the influence and influencing factors of employees' health status,and explore the current situation of employees' health welfare supply.The sixth part is the conclusion of the study and related suggestions.At the same time,we try to construct a multi-agent linkage welfare supply model under the leadership of the government,and put forward some relevant implementation recommendations.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.At present,the health status of employees in knowledge service enterprises in Shanghaiis not good,most of them are in sub-health state;2.Employment background,work and lifestyle of employees will affect their health status,and poor health status will affect their performance;3.Employees' health welfare supply is relatively inadequate;4.Effective supply of employees' health benefits can affect employees' health status.
