Disorder And Regulation Of Public Opinion In The Reporting Of Doctors And Patients

With the advent of the Internet era,the problems and contradictions encountered in the reform of the medical and health system in China have become increasingly prominent and sharp,and the media to the doctor-patient topic report also has the vital function to guide the public opinion.In recent years,the doctor-patient events enter the public view frequently,coupled with the constant revelations of the media on the social platform,the public opinion on this topic often appears the following phenomena: the reverse discrimination,the reversal of public opinion,two-pole differentiation and the polarization of public opinion.It has been studied that there are three main reasons for the emergence of such chaotic phenomena: first,the main body of communication ignores the rules of news,there are problems such as preemptive reporting,false reporting,stigmatized reporting and centralized reporting in our country's news and communication activities.Moreover,the lack of our media practitioners' professional knowledge and humanistic care,their preset positions,inadequate reporting methods also brought negative influence to the public opinion environment.Secondly,the existing communication channels and objects make the final communication effect deviate from the original intention of the report.As one of the main spreading positions,social platform is very easy to promote the irrational cognition of social hot events without sufficient guidance.The fragmentation ofcommunication has intensified the emotional atmosphere in the content of communication.Third,the current social environment in China is also quite sensitive to the topic of doctors and patients.Long-term stereotypes have had a great impact on the public opinion environment.With the gap between industry norms and policy and law,it is more and more difficult to regulate the confusion of public opinion.Therefore,this paper studies the principles of public opinion guidance,the mechanism of public opinion response and the ability of public opinion response: first of all,by following the three major laws of news reporting,public opinion generation and medical science,starting from the cognitive level,let the news media be aware of the complexity of professional public opinion guidance.Focus from the interdisciplinary perspective to regulate the dissemination of news media activities.Secondly,from the perspective of public opinion generation,according to the law of public opinion development to refine the response mechanism,the public opinion guidance work can be divided into long-term and short-term two aspects,and suggested that the current public opinion work from guidance to dredging.This can not only better regulate the chaos of public opinion,but also remove the antagonism of the public from the root.Thirdly,in order to strengthen the ability of public opinion to respond to public opinion and put forward substantive measures from the angles of official,media,channels and governance,the root causes of the current chaos of public opinion will be broken down one by one,and efforts will be made to ease the tension between doctors and patients.Advocating that the unremitting efforts of the media will gradually change the stereotype of the general public towards the cause of health care and alleviate the influence of negative public opinion,at the same time,it will also lead all parties to actively optimize the communication environment,with a view to promoting the resolution of doctor-patient incidents.Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship can help.To sum up,the cause of the chaos of the current doctor-patient opinion in our country has many factors,such as the government,the hospital and the general public,but in the final analysis,the patient-patient coverage caused by the marketing of the media and the low threshold has played a great catalytic role.Whether it is themainstream media or the new media,the media technology is gradually maturing and popularizing today.We should pay more attention to the possible social impact of our speech and guide the immature and irrational negative public opinion in order to alleviate the current social situation of doctors and patients' distrust,promote the maturity and development of a harmonious society.
