Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of senile distal radius fracture A2-C1 type with manual reduction and percutaneous needle fixation combined with plaster external fixation. Methods : From September 2017 to January 2019,96 DRF cases(outpatient and inpatient)in Yongchuan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University were selected as the test objectives. All patients were divided into three groups: test group(a),control group(b)and control group(c),32 cases each.In group A,manual reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation combined with plaster external fixation were used;in group B,manual reduction and splint external fixation were used;in group C,open reduction and internal fixation were used.At the same time, before operation,on the first day,the seventh day,the second month and the eighth month after operation,VAS was used to evaluate the pain of the three groups(0-10 points, from painless to the most painful),Cooney wrist function evaluation standardwas used to evaluate the wrist function, and the healing time and hospitalization time of each group were compared. Results : According to Cooney wrist function evaluation standard score and VAS score comparison, the postoperative treatment effect of the three groups of patients, group A and group B,P <0.05,statistically significant;group A and group C,P> 0.05,No statistical significance;Group B compared with Group C,P <0.05,with statistical significance.Comparison of postoperative healing time and hospitalization time among the three groups: comparison of group A and group B,P> 0.05,no statistical significance;group A and group C,P <0.05,statistically significant;group B and group C In comparison,P <0.05,which is statistically significant. Conclusions : For A2-C1 elderly distal radius fractures,MROPNIFCWGTEF treatment is used, the fracture healing time and hospitalization time are short, the wrist joint function is restored well, and it can effectively improve the patient's symptoms. It is a good treatment method.
