Objective: In 2015,the training mode reform of "double-track integration" of postgraduate education of master's degree in clinical medicine and standardized training of resident doctors was officially implemented in China.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of postgraduate scientific research ability training under the "dual track in one" training mode under the premise of 33 months' standardized training for resident doctors in the three-year school system to explore the existing problems and reasons,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the standardization and improvement of the cultivation of scientific research ability of clinical medical master degree graduates in China,and improve the talent cultivation program and education management strategy.Methods: The questionnaire survey was carried out on postgraduates with clinical medicine specialty degree of 2019 batch from 8 medical colleges.The software package SPSS 22.0 was applied for descriptive statistics,t-test and one-way ANOVA was considered a significant difference(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Interviews were conducted among graduate students,graduate school administrators and tutors,and word frequency analysis was used to study the contents of the interviews.Results: The results of the investigation on the cultivation of scientific research ability of 1077 graduate students with master's degree in clinical medicine are as follows: 1.Training cognition: more than 50% of graduate students think that "the cultivation of scientific research ability is important" and "clinical ability is the main,scientific research ability is the auxiliary" is the ideal training orientation.2.Process training: the frequency of tutors' scientific research guidance "once a month" accounts for 26.28% of the total.42.99% of Postgraduates mainly participated in academic activities in the hospital and departments.Among the four links of dissertation process management,the lack of mid-term examination is the most serious,accounting for 25.44%.The largest number of Chinese and English literature readers were "50-100 articles",accounting for 31.75% and 33.61% respectively.3.Self-evaluation of scientific research ability: the total average score is(3.00 ± 0.95),the highest score is(3.39 ± 0.95)for literature retrieval and reading ability,and the lowest score is(2.78 ± 0.95)for design research scheme ability.There were significant differences in the self-evaluation scores of scientific research ability among postgraduates(P < 0.05).4.Training satisfaction: the total average score is(3.27 ± 0.86),the highest score is the tutor's scientific research guidance effect(3.82 ± 0.81),and the lowest is the economic treatment(1.88 ± 0.95).There are differences in the satisfaction evaluation of graduate students' scientific research ability training with different rotation time and economic treatment of the Department(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This study found that at present,there are the following problems in the training system,management and teachers and students: the training orientation should be clear,the training standards need to be improved;the scientific research curriculum system needs to be improved.The school management system needs to be improved and implemented;the satisfaction of economic treatment is low,and the incentive mechanism needs to be improved.Postgraduates are lack of enthusiasm for the cultivation of scientific research ability,and tutors have not yet fully adapted to the change of the cultivation mode of scientific research ability under the mode of integration.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward: to find the right position,to clear the "bottom line";to innovate the curriculum system of scientific research.We should improve the system,establish a supervision feedback mechanism,increase investment and improve the incentive mechanism.In addition,we should pay attention to self-cultivation,inject lasting power;strengthen the team of tutors,improve the training effect.
