Study On The Effect Of Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule On Hyperlipidemia Related Factors In Han And Tibetan In Different Altitude Areas

Objective: By observing the effect of Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule on TG,TCH,LDL,HDL,HcY,Hs-CRP and CysC in patients with hyperlipidemia at different altitudes(Xining area of Qinghai Province,Guoluo Prefecture area)and different ethnic groups(Han nationality,Tibetan nationality),and observing the effect of Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule on the clinical symptoms of hyperlipidemia with phlegm-blood stasis type,to explore the effect of Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule on hyperlipidemia at different altitudes and different ethnic groups,and to provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of the drug.Methods: Twenty Han and Tibetan patients with hyperlipidemia who were living in Xining area(more than 10 years)and Guoluo area(more than 10 years)and came to Xining area and belonged to TCM phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were selected,respectively,and all of them were given Huoxue Huazhuo Capsules orally,2 capsules each time,3 times a day,for 4 weeks as a course of treatment to observe the effect of this drug on the blood lipid parameters(TG,TC,LDL,HDL)and related factors(HcY,Hs-CRP,CysC)of the patients.The effect of Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule on the main clinical symptoms of phlegm-blood stasis type was also observed.Results:There was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL and LDL before treatment between Han and Tibetans in Xining area(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL and LDL before treatment between the two groups in Guoluo area(P>0.05).TC,TG,HDL and LDL of Han nationality in Xining area before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01);TC,TG and LDL of Tibetan nationality before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01),HDL was not statistically significant.TC,TG and HDL were statistically significant before and after treatment in Guoluo Han nationality(P<0.05),but LDL was not statistically significant(P>0.05);TC,TG,HDL and LDL were statistically significant before and after treatment in Tibetans(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL and LDL after treatment between Han and Tibetans in Xining area(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL and LDL after treatment between the two groups in Guoluo area(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in TC,TG and LDL(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance in HDL(P<0.01)after treatment in Han and Tibetan areas;there was no statistical significance in TC,TG,HDL and LDL(P>0.05)after treatment in Tibetan areas.There was statistical significance in HcY and CysC before and after treatment in Han nationality of Xining area(P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance in Hs-CRP before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was statistical significance in Hs-CRP and CysC before and after treatment in Tibetans(P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance in HcY before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in HcY and Hs-CRP before and after treatment among Han nationality in Guoluo area(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in CysC before and after treatment(P>0.05);there were significant differences in HcY and CysC before and after treatment among Tibetans(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in Hs-CRP before and after treatment(P>0.05).The symptom scores of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in Han and Tibetan patients in the two regions were statistically significant before and after treatment(P< 0.01).Conclusion:1.Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule can regulate the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia patients of different nationalities at the same altitude,that is,reduce TC,TG,LDL and increase HDL.2.Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule can reduce the levels of Hs-CRP,CysC and HcY in patients.Thus,the purpose of preventing cardiovascular diseases is achieved.3.Huoxue Huazhuo Capsule can relieve the clinical symptoms of Han and Tibetan patients with hyperlipidemia of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome at different altitudes.
