Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the muscle relaxant effect of rocuronium in breast cancer patients. Methods Sixty patients aged 29 to 60 years old who underwent radical mastectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019 were selected,ASA grade I or II,BMI 18 to 29 kg/m2,thirty patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy(chemotherapy group)and 30 patients who did not received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery(non-chemotherapy group).A closed-loop muscle pine target-controlled injection system(model CONCERT-I,Guangxi Willy Ark Technology Co,Ltd.)was used for rocuronium bromide administration and muscle relaxation monitoring.Using T1% as the monitoring value of muscle relaxation, compare the onset time t0 of rocuronium bromide between the two groups of patients(the time from the injection of muscle relaxant to the time when T1% drops to 0),and the maintenance time of muscle relaxation t10(from the injection of muscle relaxant to the T1% recovery time to 10%),stopping rocuronium pumping 30 minutes before the end of the operation, and record the 25% recovery time t25(time from drug withdrawal to T1% recovery to 25%),75% recovery time t75(stop The time until the drug recovers to T1% to 75%)and the recovery index RI(the time when T1% recovers to 25% to 75%),and record the intraoperative rocuronium dosage of the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the non-chemotherapy group,t0 was prolonged in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05),t10 was shortened in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the two groups of t25,t75,and RI.Compared with non-chemotherapy group, rocuronium was used more in chemotherapy group, and the average infusion rate was fast(P<0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery, the onset time of rocuronium was prolonged, the maintenance time of muscle relaxation was shortened, and the amount of rocuronium increased during the operation.
