Objective:To compare the efficacy and adverse reaction of the two neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens on the basis of meridian lingers chemotherapy for breast cancer patients. Proving that TEC neoadjuvant chemotherapy at night(between 1-3am) remedying breast cancer is full of superiority and scientificity。Methods:A total of 53 females cases with breast invasive ductal cancer were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2014, which divided into TEC at night (between 1-3am) group(treatment group) with 21 cases and TEC at day group(matched group) with 32 cases。 Two groups received three cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and assess the equivalentity of chemotherapy curative effect, primary tumor and axillary lymph node included. Results:The objective response rate (RR)、athological complete response (pC R) rate、CR rate、partial response (PR) and stable disease (SD) in treatment group were 76.2%、14.3%、19%、57.1% and 23.8% respectively, higher than 59.4%、 6.25%、9.4%、50% and 40.6%, and there is statistical significance between two groups (P< 0.05)。During in the stratified analysis, a statistically significant appears on axillary metastatic lymph nodes while RR of matched group is 66.7%, higher than matched group which of objective response rate is 53.1%, but there was no significant difference in clinically effective rate of primary tumor between both groups (66.7% vs 56.25%)。Morever, Compring the RR of two groups on the primary tumor and axillary metastatic lymph nodes, there is insignificance (P>0.05)。The common side effects including nausea/vomiting and peripheral sensory neuropathy shows significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), while no significant difference at granulocytopenia (P>0.05)。Conelusion:Compared with TEC at day, the patients who receive TEC at night (between 1-3am) are more prone to RR and decreasing the adverse reactions。Generally speaking, TEC at night (between 1-3am) regimen has a good prospect in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients。...
