Object:To explore the influence of different concentrations of rocuronium bromide and injection velocity on the rocuronium bromide injection-related pain and rocuronium-induced withdrawal movement.Method:133 cases of ASA ?-level female patients, aged 20 to 76 years old, height ?150-176 cm,weight 50-81 kg for general surgery were studied. All of theses patients were proportionally randomly allocated to five groups according to random number table:The concentration of rocuronium bromide was 10mg/ml and was injected at the rate of 1ml/s(group A,33 cases). The concentration of rocuronium bromide was 1mg/ml and was injected at the rate of 1ml/s(group B,25 cases). The concentration of rocuronium bromide was 1mg/ml and was injected at the rate of 2ml/s(group C,25 cases).Rocuronium bromide concentration was 0.5mg/ml and was injected at the rate of 2ml/s(group D,25 cases).Rocuronium bromide concentration was 2mg/ml,and injection was carried out at the rate of 1ml/s(group E,25 cases). All patients in the five groups were given sufentanil 0.3ug/kg,etomidate 0.3mg/kg,and rocuronium 0.6mg/kg for anesthesia induction.TOF mode was used to monitor muscle relaxation. To observe the reaction of rocuronium-induced withdrawal movement and the onset time of rocuronium bromide.Result: The incidence of rocuronium-induced withdrawal movement in the group B,C,D,E was significantly lower than that in the group A(P <0.01).The incidence of rocuronium-induced withdrawal movement in each group was A>E>C>B>D;Compared with group A,the time required for the maximum blocking of TOF after the beginning of the administration of rocuronium bromide in each experimental group was prolonged(P<0.01);Conclusion: The difference in the incidence of rocuronium-induced withdrawal movement of low concentration rocuronium bromide injection at different levels and injection velocity at different injection speeds was statistically significant. When the dose of rocuronium bromide per unit time is constant, the incidence of rocuronium-induced withdrawal movement is lower when the concentration is lower. The intervention with low concentration of rocuronium bromide prolongs the onset time of rocuronium bromide in the experimental group.
